Las camas. Los peores colchones en lo que he “dormido” nunca. Los muelles se te clavaban en la espalda y el sofá cama era una tabla.

There was an issue with the key code on arrival but a single call had it fixed. The apartment was very clean and in a great location for exploring but also having shops, bars and restaurants very close.

The heat, now it was warmish in London and there were fans available but even on relatively cold days the apartment was very warm.

Location was great , visit was mainly to visit family nearby . Handy location to city of London and plenty of restaurants to choose . Taxi , buses and underground easy to use

Bed could be more comfortable, rather springy and perhaps more than a towel each for 10 days stay

Nice place, with everything needed (washing machine, hair dryer, etc). Very good location, near bus stops, train and metro.

The fire alarm went off during our stay. Guests went out of the building but fortunately it was a false alarm. Multiple guests called the support number so that someone would shut the alarm off. They were told someone would call back, but no one did, and one of the guest figured out how to shut the alarm off. This is why I rate my stay low. BTW, the sofa bed on the living room was quite uncomfortable.

A bit far from shops and underground

Location is great, center of London, Tube 5 min away and bus in front of the apartment. Restaurants and grocery shops are also very near. Kitchen is well furnished. Bathroom nice and clean.

Bed in the bedroom is very narrow and too soft. I had to fix some boards under the bed myself because they fell out and it was impossible to sleep on the bed. Couch in the living room is even worse, impossible to fit two adults. Living room is poorly furnished, could use some more seating options.

Location was excellent and the flat was appointed with everything we needed. It was also decorated really nicely.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but it wasn't bad.
