Good location and great staff

So hot so so hot and the air con is quite expensive

super dirty, weird layout, expensive for no aircon etc, can stay at chacanas place for the similar price a night w aircon plus better hangouts. kitchen was just gross as well

The owner Ebodio is the kindest of men. So helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

We stayed here 3 nights and in general it is a quite and chilled place. It is the Hostel closest to the beach but be aware you still need to walk around 20 minutes. There are some nice restaurant with really kind people around.

Unfortunatly the bad sites predominate here. The kitchen is a absolut disaster, I have never seen something like this, bad smell, everything is dirty especially the fridge. The food seems to be left there by guests few week or years ago and nobody cares about it. The Wifi is extra charged for 25 pesos 6 hours. And there are just 2 hammocks and 4 chairs so you can't really sit together or chill in the evenings. When this small things would be fixed it could be a nice place to enjoy the stay at the small surfer paradise.

the kitchen was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned…ever? I couldn’t use it to prepare food so had to spend more money than anticipated on eating out. The room was a nice space but one of the mosquito nets on the windows was broken so we couldn’t have it open for fresh air. the bed was an unearthly mix of hard and lumpy, so horrible sleep. the bathroom was fine except for the rotting beetle in the plug hole. the walls are paper thin so woken during the night by neighbours through the walls, and once people took the room upstairs the creaking floor/ceiling was horrendous, so woken/disturbed by that too!

This is very basic place, but not far from the almost wild beach and good restaurant. Rooms ware clean and spacious enough. Also there is a kitchen. Beds were fine as well.

We had two rooms and there was no water in one of them, I guess it was a problem with a pressure at that time.
