The place was clean and tidy. It really did feel like a home away from home. We were given access to almost all facilities and the staff was very welcoming. If you were struggling at all with anything, the host made me comfortable to approach her with any matter and gave me confidence that she would resolve the matter ASAP. A truly wonderful host.

The shower needs a door and also some minor maintenance is needed. Perhaps a new TV with Netflix, I had to be creative with how to get Netflix onto the TV. Was really disappointed there wasn't an air-conditioning unit because it got really hot. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay

Host communicated very well with us. Place was exactly like shown on the pictures, clean and comfy. Enjoyed the lagoon and chilling at the Lifestyle Centre.

The furniture was aesthetically pleasing.

Checking in was a nightmare, it took over an hour 30minutes waiting to be checked in. The security and booking agent were very rude and unhelpful. The oven did not work, Shower door was broken. We had loadshedding for 7hours and no back up generator whatsoever. The communication with the agent was very poor!

There are no proper directions to the lagoon and restaurant. Load sheding part very much frustrating i drove to one gate to another place sing to show gate 1 and gate 2 and the waiting at the gate for entrance it's frustrating
