We had such a nice stay. This is an updated historic home with tons of charm & space. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom fixtures were new and the yard was lovely. Great location and ample parking. The only negative comment I have is that the couches lack support and need replacement.

We enjoyed our stay at this Seaside property, steps to the beach, within a short walk to downtown. House had everything we needed to relax. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom’s were stocked with ample towels & the showers had great water pressure. The beach wagon was very helpful to carry chairs & firewood to the beach. We’d like to stay at this property again.

Absolutely adorable just doesn’t describe it! It accommodates 3 couples with lots of room to spare. It’s within walking distance to all the shops and one block from the beach boardwalk. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, we had lots of laughs!

The house is even more lovely in person! It is immaculate and so comfortable. We walked everywhere, cars didn’t leave the driveway. I would definitely go back and highly recommmend!

The location for this charming home is wonderful - close to the beach and the downtown area. We enjoyed the ping pong table, used a provided cart to haul bonfire materials to the beach, and found the kitchen well provisioned. We spent time at nearby Ecola State Park, Astoria and Cannon Beach. We especially loved the beautiful yard and having gates on both front and back areas to keep our grandsons corralled safely.

To start with our check-in was delayed three hours…last minute text and no explanation.
The outside and grounds are lovely and well maintained. Location was perfect!
When we arrived we had to vacuum the bedrooms and living rooms…plenty of sand in the carpets. The house needs a good clean. The kitchen appliances need updating…the knob for the front burner fell off frequently. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, or dishwashing pods…so we had to purchase our own.
All that being said, we did enjoy our week!

Overall it was great. At first glance we were all impressed with how clean it was but when my partner and I got into bed, we realized the sheets hadn’t been changed (though the bed was made tightly) because there was sand at the foot of the bed. Never a pleasant realization. There were clean sheets available though. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

The location of this property is excellent. Clean! By far the nicest vacation place we’ve stayed! Beautifully appointed! Very detail special! I do think coasters need to be under the heavy chair in family room! The floor is being beaten up a bit! What a wonderful place!

The perfect space for a weekend getaway! Fully furnished home, with beds for 9 people to sleep comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver when it came to making dinner. Did not feel like we were missing anything! We especially loved the ping pong table in the garage which was home to many intense tournaments. With the beach just minutes away walking, setting up for a bonfire was a breeze. Would highly recommend this cute, versatile cottage!
