Lovely accommodation. A lot of attention to detail. Fabulous breakfast, good parking close by and simple check in.

Außergewöhnlich schön renoviertes kleines Gästehaus. Alles sehr stimmig. Ankunft lief reibungslos. Es gibt die Möglichkeit vergünstigt auf einem privaten Parkplatz zu parken. Die Altstadt von Limburg und der Dom ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist top. ( kein Büffet ) Es fehlte an nichts.

The decor was lovely. It was cozy and clean and a short walk to a nice area of town.

I would have loved if there was an option for breakfast in the morning.

It's a wonderful old building close to the river, very well renovated to a superior standard. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. Our family had two rooms (#4 and #5), the first one with 35m² the other one with 25m². We loved the design throughout - the wall colours, the floorboards, the benches along the walls, the wood panels, etc. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance, but I'd advise to take it. It's of great quality, plentiful, and the breakfast room is nice. The old part of the town is just 5 mins walking distance away. Be aware, it's not a hotel with a reception, hence the name Gästehaus (guesthouse). The upside of this is, the rooms are equipped with a fridge, a sink, cutlery, plates and cups. In the evenings we saw guests eating takeaway food in the breakfast room. Very convenient if you don't want to eat out every day.

Nothing that we didn't know in advance and accepted, so e.g. the hotel has no parking, but there is a car park nearby and you can get discounted parking tickets from the lady who prepares the breakfast in the morning.

Location on the edge of, but not in Limburg's old town is a plus as the evenings at this hotel are quiet. The personal attention and quality of their breakfast is worth the additional cost. Fascinating and quiet air conditioning system was a huge bonus due to hot evenings during my stay.

Great service nice rooms good location

it’s been the most stylish, comfy & cozy place ever, just marvelous!! Even the cups in the kitchen were special and beautiful. Furthermore the place was easy to find (just over the bridge when you come from a Lahn cycling trip), tiny walk to the ancient city. And the facilities were excellent too (silent & clean airco for example)

The room size, cleanliness and location are all fine.

Upon arrival at 15:00 there was a stranger in my room, busy with a video call. I tried to call the number listed for Konrads Gastehaus, but no one picked up (there is no reception desk, you get a code to open the main entrance door for the guest house and the rooms are left open so that guests can enter the rooms that they have booked). After 45 minutes of calling, leaving voice messages and emailing I finally got hold of someone who manages the guest house and it was confirmed that another guest had used my room as it had better WiFi signal. They were apologetic, but by the sounds of it they allowed it. By way of apology I was offered free breakfast, which was nice enough - but for privacy/security issues I will not return for another stay.

It was very nice. Well decorated, modern, cosy, matching colours. Everthing was very clean. Nice comfortabel beds. We will definitely come back!

The room was lovely, very spacious and a lovely bathroom and shower. The location was quiet, access was easy and the breakfast was extraordinarily generous and delicious.

This was not a problem per se, but it is worth noting that there is no lift and the stairs to the upper floor are quite narrow so if you are traveling with heavy/bulky luggage (as we were!) it may be worth requesting a ground floor room.

We really liked the size and look of the room. It was in a perfect location for walking through the city center.

There is a bus stop right out the window and since we were there on a Saturday night we heard people on the street late into the night. We finally closed the window at 1:30am. The bed was a bit firm for us.

This is a lovely property with very charming and elegant design that satisfied all our expectations. We found everything we needed in the room and had a lovely sleep. I can certainly recommend it for a stay in Limburg.

The room was very hot. Luckily there was a fan!

Very stylish apartment with a little kitchen inside. Obviously the owner put a lot of love in.

The air conditioning is too loud to use it in the night.

As good as it looks in the photos! Easy to find, easy to access. Trust bar fantastic - but cash only.

Very nice place, feeling like a home. Clean, fresh and large room. Interesting architectural solutions, no two rooms are the same. Good continental breakfast prepared by a very service minded hostess. The location is perfect, very easy to reach by car and only 5 minute walk from city centre.

Everything was almost perfect and pleasant. The only thing that put me off slightly is the fact they have one single key for the property front door and your bedroom … which means the same key opens all doors which is not very safe…

Great room (I was in Room no.3), high end and good quality fixtures and fittings throughout and very clean. Had a great stay and nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay here again if I had to return to Limburg.
