The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. I was visiting with friends and our rooms were placed next to each other. The breakfast was very good. We especially loved the eggs.

I liked everything.

The parking was full and there was no appropriate possibility to park a car. Breakfast and the reception shelter open at 8 am was bit late for guests needing to leave early.

It is right by the old town. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the nearby area , and lots of interesting buildings to see.

Due to high water and bridge reconstruction it was slightly difficult to find. But that is no fault of the hotel.There are a couple of ways to get to it.

Location. Right on the river beside the bridge. Great place to start early morning walks before the crowds arrive. Four mornings and we found something new every day.

The location was excellent, right beside the river and on the edge of the old city. Room was comfortable and airy. Breakfast was value for money, and I liked the personal carafe of coffee.

Unfortunately it was extremely hot when we stayed at N/Hof on this occasion and we had a room on the top floor with a very small window, as a result the room was unbearably hot so we got very little sleep both nights. This hasnt been our experience on previous visits. It would have been nice to have access to the terrace after breakfast esp as so hot

Good location and breakfast.

We have not been informed in advance that the bridge next to the hotel is closed so after a 5 hour drive with our little child we had to have an extra 30 minutes to find the route to the hotel just to find out that there aren't any free parking spaces left, although that was one main reason I have chosen this hotel that with the parking should not be any problem. After I have complaint, they have told me to solve the parking on my own at that the communication about the closed bridge is on the hotels website. I have never been on the website, I have booked on booking.com! Why haven't they send a message in advance? We were on a holiday, that came out so stressful because of the lack and bad communication of the hotel. (in the room we have found several hairs in the bath also, so effectiveness of the cleaning is really questionable as well).

Hotel is in an excellent position to explore the town. Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

The location is excellent! Right next to the river and just a short walk to the city center. The view from our window was really nice, too. The room was clean.

The location is great, excellent for an overnight stop. We like the restaurant, which has a very tasty menu. Very good breakfast and friendly owners.

Parking is limited, so if you arrive late, you could find that there is no room and you have to park in the town. While the rooms are comfortable, everything needs a facelift. It's a bit tired. We have stayed in a more comfortable place locally, but they dont do dinner, so we come here.
