it was amazing one of the best days of my life. the welcome drink was yum and the staff was nicer to me than my mom and literally felt like family. they carried my suitcase and the restaurant food was delicious too

Location is good. Nice pool. In house spa . Staff are incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming. Daily breakfast is delicious. we had a comfortable stay there.

Shower pressure in bath . It was almost no use. I had called service men to check it out. They told it is normal. Everything else is nice.

Mainly the SPA, it’s beautiful and they have wonderful treatments. we went there almost everyday and the ladies are professional and caring. it was a wonderful experience.

Staff were really nice but we struggled a bit with room service. everyday there was something missing in the order or something extra, we were ordering with reception by phone and they were always repeating the order to double check, they were getting it right but then.. not sure why this happened.

It's one of the finest properties out there. Absolutely phenomenal 💯 Shout-out to Jayendra and Ubud spa staff for making us feel so comfortable during our stay.

Wi-Fi wasn’t good. didn’t really have any Wi-Fi will there connection was poor.

The staff were great - the friendliest and so welcoming! also it’s a beautiful Balinese style villa with great views of the paddy fields.

My air conditioner wasn’t working properly in my opinion and was never fixed but the staff said it was "standard" which was not comfortable for me. The fan was also very slow and very loud so I couldn’t sleep.

The whole resort was good I can't describe in words how much we loved it ....we don't want to go but we have too...it was super clean and the staff was so good 👍😊 we highly recommend this place

There is nothing that anyone can complain about ..but for Indians there is no food we just want to add a request to add some Indian meals as well

the bedding :(((( had blood stains on the sheets, even asking to change, there were still blood. hmmm

The breakfast was incredible. Great selection of choices! we had ours on our patio every morning it was so nice having it with the views. Most of all the staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming I highly recommend everyone stays here if you visit Bali. The daily shuttle buses were so handy and the pool was lovely.
