Great design and layout. Good furniture. Nice bathroom. Good kitchen area to cook and make breakfast. Rock n Roll Pad Thai almost next door for lunch and dinner. beach walkable. Attentive hosts and great Comms.

AMAZING bed, very nice home and super friendly owner. You can watch the monkeys from the balcony- so cute. We will definitely come back :)

is really charming, quiet, really close from a nice beach m. you can rent a motor bike and go around the island, you’ll find this is one of the best places where to stay, the room has this little kitchen and tap water. everything clean and nice. your room can be made for 300 Bhat extra

Definitely one of the most comfortable places I ever stayed in. Very well thought trough - every detail. Room is very clean and cosy. Exactly as per photos. Kitchen has all what you need for a longer stay - microwave, fresh coffee, coffee press, water dispenser instead of the bottled water. There's even a smart TV with Netflix and etc. Area - nice and calm. Host was very nice and thoughtful, speaks perfect English. Absolutely worth the money.

Lili's Rooms is a wonderful place to stay with so many thoughtful details in place, like a candle burner to keep it smelling nice and a large water cooler so theres always cold drinking water available! The location is also great, it's a bit away from the more populated central area, but has a lovely community feel to it and the beach is only a short walk away. The hosts are also super lovely and on hand in case you need anything. We loved our weekend here away from it all and would highly recommend :)

There's very little not to like at Lili's rooms, but there is an unfortunate smell from the drains throughout the day and you have to walk to the neighbouring resort to use the pool

Very clean modern comfortable room. Gound coffee, cafetière, t bags and filtered water much appreciated. Pad Thai Rock & Roll restaurant next door very good. Don't miss the fire show on the beach outside the Why Not bar.

Had not appreciated that the swimming pool was not on site. Not a problem as just across the road on a hotel resort however very tatty cushions on sunbed and only 1 parasol available. Room fronts onto the main road into Kantiang bay which can be noisy although after 1 day we had filtered out the noise.
