Where it was located on our route
The room we stayed in was on top floor, it rained during the night and the ceiling in our room started leaking over our bed. The fridge was filthy and wasn't cold. No light over sink for my husband to see shaving

The breakfast was good. There was a lot to choose from. The shuttle to the Hard Rock Casino was great. The bed was also very comfortable.
There was a lot going on in the area and the price was raised due to this, but all the surrounding hotels did this.

It was very clean and comfortable for a great price. There is a free shuttle to and from Hard Rock Casino 24/7. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful when we checked in.

Great hotel! Clean and big rooms, nice standard in general. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Safe neighbourhood, not far away from a shopping center. Absolutely no problems during whole 10 days stay. Definitely good place to stay in Catoosa.

The atmosphere was stellar! The room was clean, comfy and great! Breakfast was the best we've seen since COVID. Hot buffet style breakfast with biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and hash browns and more.

Our room was nice however during our stay it was never serviced, sheets changed, cleaned ect.
Especially today with Covid and other sicknesses I certainly expect daily cleaning.
