Wonderful, clean and excellently equipped apartment. Patricia is absolutely lovely and very helpful.

The apartment was well equipped and had a beautiful view from all rooms, especially from the balcony. The host, Patricia, could not have been more helpful or accessible. Every request (by text) was answered quickly and she helped to insure we had a great vacation. It is the central location to all that Perpignan has to offer with bus stops within a few meters of the apartment and the train station within 15-20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. The neighborhood had many stores, restaurants, bars and tourist sites within view!

We spent 30 days in Perpignan and surrounding and found nothing to complain about! The local businesses and neighbors on the street were engaging and friendly...

Just fantastic, really well-equipped, spacious and clean. Very quiet and a balcony too. Patricia is lovely. Good location.

Only thing to mention is it isn't near the station but the well-managed and maintained block makes up for that.

Very nice apartment, In a great location close to the centre of Perpignan and Patricia was a lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was very comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Very clean and fresh smelling linen. All necessary toiletries, cleaning products and necessities were available. Patricia is a lovely and helpful lady and being Christmas she included some festive items which was a lovely surprise and so very kind of her.

The apartment is in a great location, close to everything but still in a quiet area. Apartment beyond expectations, very clean, well equipped with everything that you need for your stay. The host Patricia was on hand when we arrived to explain everything to us and could not have been more helpful or courteous.

The flat is central and is a home from home with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful with toiletries & towels supplied. It was really handy to have the WC separate. The kitchen is well equipped. Patricia and her husband are very friendly & near if we needed help with anything. The outdoor space was comfortable and relaxing. The air con was great in the hot weather & very quiet. There is lots of storage. The building has an elevator as well as stairs.

Overnight stay. A flat in a modern residence above a river that crosses the city. Very close to the old city. 5 min from a sort of Rambla. Lovely host who met us in the parking for the keys. Good wifi and all facility including a welcome cold drink in the fridge.

Smelly (sadly). needs airing. Normal double bed. Comfy but perhaps a bit small. Just when we arrived, it was difficult to park the car. But later, here were much more spaces.

Location in Apartment is cozy, quiet and super clean.
