Pas grande chose!! Rapport qualité/prix catastrophique

Déjeuner catastrophique, nourriture industrielles…les 5 étoiles bidons…. La climatisation coulent dans le salon d’une chambre de luxe….

Sauberkeit, Zimmer war auch geräumig und ausreichend modern eingerichtet. Raumservice war gut und ordentlich.

Service war im Restaurant nicht immer gut. Die Kaffeemaschinen, zwei direkt nebeneinander, waren eine Katastrophe. Einer war immer defekt. An einem Tag war kein Kaffee im Frühstückszeitraum zu bekommen. Permanente Musikberieselung, z.T. sehr laut. Mit zunehmender Dauer funktionierte die Liegenverteilung nicht mehr. Die Liegen waren dann schon ab 6-7 mit privaten Handtüchern belegt, obwohl es ein System mit Zimmerschildern gab.

- Running a 5* hotel isn't about slapping a fourth and fifth star on your door. It's about a lot of clear, hard rules and a thousand little things that complete the luxury experience. Here, on the other hand, thousands of little flaws will make you angry. If it was advertised as a 3 max 4* hotel, you would not feel deceived. On the contrary, you will not perceive the shortcomings, you will overlook them or wave your hand over them. But you can't do that with a 5 star hotel. Here are a few examples of shortcomings that bothered me. Room - broken toiletries holder, loose toilet paper holder, one chair ( double room ), loose lamp, no pencil or notepad, no hotel cosmetics except liquid soap in broken dispenser and shower shampoo in dispenser in shower, safe closed. Breakfast: the quality of the food is very low, the choice is very limited. Poor coffee from the machine at breakfast, the size of the cups for tea is the same as for coffee - so small. Lack of tea pot. Plastic stirrers instead of spoons, limited choice of pastries, cheeses, salami and " gourmet experience " is topped off with over-oil butter. The outdoor pool is just for show, there is nowhere to lie down and the water is like ice. Wi-fi on the hotel beach does not work, even though the beach is right in front of the hotel. In truth, she works very badly even in the hotel. Just don't expect a 5* standard here. If you close your eyes and there is an improvement in eating, you can expect an average of 4 stars. I understand that pricing is a tricky thing in an increasingly competitive environment. But it's not a solution to leave the price competitive with a 3 or 4* hotel and just finish off the fifth star. Those who want a 5 star hotel will gladly pay extra for it. But only competition in the form of a global chain can change that. As a final joke, I take the offer made by the front desk to use the indoor spa facilities at 6:00 p.m.

This hotel is stunning, the staff are really friendly and you really do get the impression they care and it’s not just a job. Walking out on to the sea front and waking up to the sound of the sea is something I’m missing already

La gentillesse du personnel à la réception et au restaurant ( moins au petit dej’). Le confort de la chambre, l’assiette de fruit à l’arrivée ( super pour mon fils !)

Staff were very polite and helpful. The cleaning staff are constantly cleaning and moping. Pool area was lovely, restaurant was decorated and styled beautifully. Lunch and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice good choice of meats cheeses, omelette, pancakes fruits etc. Beach towels and sunlounges are included.

There is a lot of construction going on in the area but you don't see or hear this when you are in the hotel.

Hotel czysty, przy plaży. Ładny widok z balkonu. Śniadania dobre. Przemiły personel recepcji. Restauracja hotelowa z bardzo dobrym menu i świetnych cenach.

Bardzo głośne zachowanie pań sprzątających od samego rana… dla chcących spać dłużej, był to problem.
