The perfect location!

The picture shown in room A303 was exactly how it was! Lots of room and great lay out was also very clean!! Perfect location not just for the bar life but also many other things to do right there including playing volleyball, beach, right on boardwalk, e-bike, getting on bus to sight see!!

The property sits right by the bar the music was Non stop loud all day and all night till early morning hours it never stops.

The location is great just across the beach with great restaurants around. The apartment is very good and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

The only thing I liked is the location.

Everything was unprofessional, dirty , the electric was out for over 24 hrs of my stay. So we had to get ready in the dark. The lights got fixed and the air stopped working just ridiculous!

nada ¡¡¡...son 3 edificios, ojo ¡¡¡ porque dice piscina, pero si no quedas en ese edificio debes salir a la calle, e ir al otro edificio. La calle es un caos , llena de gente porque justo abajo hay un Bar "Palace" que hacen shows y se toman la vereda por lo cual debes caminar por la calle entre los autos, muy peligroso. Ojo si vas a descansar no te lo recomiendo porque el bar que esta abajo funciona de lunes a domingo desde las 8:00 am hasta la madrugada y el ruido es horrible

El departamento entregado no era el arrendado, ya que el arrendado era con balcón y vista al mar y no era así al llegar, ademas tenia filtración grave de agua, la cual se notaba que llevaba muchísimos días , el piso estaba inundado, un olor a humedad insoportable, nos dieron otro departamento de 1 cama y eramos 5 personas. Nos devolverán el dinero ( aun no lo hacen) pero perdimos 2 dias ¡¡¡¡¡¡ buscando otro alojamiento. Muy poco serio, andábamos con niños pequeños y fue un caos nos hicieron pasar un muy mal momento

The view and location was great

We rented a 1 bedroom unit and upon arrival was given a studio apartment went to the front desk to discuss the discrepancy and was told it was nothing they can do and contact the renter which was done and was only offered a $50 refund out of our total price we paid almost $400 for two nights. Rental was misleading! Shower and tub did not work. Elevator was broke had to walk to 4th floor the entire stay! Bathroom privacy doors were broken and didn’t close entire booking was false

I would like to share my disappointment with the room we were unfortunate to book at your facility. Here are some highlights of our stay: No service at all. There were no towels in the room. Just after checking in, I contacted to reception and the guy replied that they have nothing to do with the facility and only thing they do is to give the keys. However, he gave a phone number to contact. His attitude was unpolite and with the notes of aggression, the impression that he is tired dealing with the issues that visitors are facing every day with the Ocean Drive Apartments. After I call to given number, guy assured me that towels will be delivered in a half hour. Later at 7 pm I called again asking for towels and response was we can't do anything, go and buy towels by your own after may be we consider to refund your expenses. My response was, I do not know the area, I do not have a car, I am not able to go to shopping for towels. He, responded, categorically, sorry we can't do anything now, we can get towels for you earlier than 11.00 am tomorrow. That night thing went even worse: all rooms are just on the roof of the night club and walls and floor are not sounds proof. And impression was like we are trying to get sleep on dance floor. We went through this nightmare until 3.00 am. In addition, the room was not clean, the furniture, bed, sofa, fridge, chairs where all worned up, old, I am pretty sure that all that was collected from garbage (the ones that has been thrown away by others). Air filters were dirty as much as it is possible, for sure they haven't been replaced for last two years. There were cracks on walls, ceiling.

Excelente ubicacion

The location was great. It’s literally 20 steps from the beach. The owner answered all questions in a timely manner and was extremely professional. It was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials we needed. I suggest you bring extra towels and wash clothes as you only get a started kit for each guest. Not a deal breaker I might add, just be prepared. The only issue is the bathroom door. The door was off the hinge and very hard to open and close. This is the only thing I’d fix for further guest. Other than that great property. 😊

The location is right at the beach, in the heart of south beach. The street itself is loud, but you do not hear it from the room. Parking is close at the municipal parking lot 8 min walk away. The price was great and it has a kitchen. Thank you for an amazing property.

Not to able to use proper running water to have a shower, it was just dripping down it took 15 mins to just get the soap out of your hair and I got short ones. Said it has a bath but unable to fill it. It would have taking 3 days to fill it up. The frosted 2 sliding doors to close the bathrooms next to the beds, you saw all the shadows if someone was in there and that right next to the bed, not a good look and because if was facing to the front entry the hallway light shined through the double sliding doors and made the rooms not dark, very light. The leather Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and very very small.

Clean and comfortable and in the middle of everything fun fun fun

Everything was great. It was a pretty please. I felt like home.

Spacious and location

Host did not provide or restock additional much required basic needs, such as shampoo, toilet paper, towels, etc. Additionally, Host tried charging us extra for anything and everything, including earlier check-in, late check-out, etc. Moreover, Host charged a hefty cleaning fee but does not include daily cleaning.

The property is in the best spot on ocean drive, everything’s in walking distance and there’s bus stops to get to downtown/wynwood etc just around the corner. The rooftop pool is really nice, very clean and has good music played al l through the day. The food from there is also really good! The palace bar downstairs is the place to be, drag shows twice a day it’s always packed and such a vibe. The staff were lovely, room was clean and very quiet to stay the location is literally on ocean drive. The beds are super comfy and we loved our stay here. Wouldn’t even contemplate going elsewhere if we were to come back to Miami.

The room is right on Ocean Drive so it is very noisy. I am thankful that there is a sound that blocked out a lot of the noise at night.

It was clean and the location was great. It had beach chairs and umbrella.

Thermostat was broken and could not regulate temperature. Had to keep calling and texting for help instead of going directly to reception desk for help. Didn't give me no concession for inconvenience of my delayed trip.
