My booking showed that the price includes all taxes and charges. but taxes and charges has been separately charged. Also the bill shows, Restaurant fees, although I had paid for the restaurant separately with my private card. Although I stayed for 3 nights but They charged 4 times in the name of so called destination fee. Furthermore, at the time of checkout, the manager billed me for 499 USD + taxes as the 4th night. After asking, why my card has been charged for the fourth night, he replied, Oh ok, I will remove the fourth one. But after check out, I can see that the taxes for 4 nights had been charged.
The guy at the reception is from Latino country and doesn’t speak English well. It was almost impossible to get a response from him.
Can you please explain what is all that?

The location of this hotel was perfect! Short walk to the beach and tons of restaurant options in walking distance. We were only here for one night, as we boarded a cruise ship the next morning. I would definitely recommend staying here! The staff were very friendly and accomodating!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was in the perfect location for South Beach and Lincoln Shopping and cafes.
We had a room for 5 people, which had 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was far too thin and the springs could be felt. We asked for extra bla ket to fold and put on it but it didn't help and was sagging in the middle. Thos sofa bed mattress needs to be changed. Thank you.

Starbucks facility within the hotel was nice, but the hours of operation could be improved. Room was spacious.
Room 103 was noisy due to proximity to elevator and laundry room below the room.
The fitness center was disappointing -- dumbbells were missing, no sanitizing wipes to clean equipment (treadmill was filthy)

The breakfast was simple and fast! The location also good, not to far from the mall and restaurant around .. just a bit surprise, across street from the hotel, was kind of an adult club (they were out when the sun goes down)
We were just stay for the night, so not much what we dislike ..
