The property is amazing and the ground very well kept. The pool was spotless and house well equipped

We had an great experience at this property it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 8 adults between couples and singles and there was plenty of room. The pool was excellent and gave us time to relax and then explore the surrounding towns and wineries. We are planning on booking this property next year again, thanks Josh for getting back to us right away when we had questions.

We had a great stay in Cottonwood and this place was perfect. Spacious and clean… nice to stretch out after being in hotels for the prior week. Location was private and it felt like a little oasis. Amazing park like gardens and the pool hit the spot too. Next time we’ll bring the extended family too and fully take advantage of the property!

Gorgeous property! The house was perfect for our group of 8 women.

We rented this home back in July 2022 for our retreat in April 2023. I confirmed pool heat during my original conversation with the owner only to find out it wasn't included in my cost. We ended up having to pay an additional $500 (which we negotiated down) for things we believed to be included in the cost. I'm grateful he was willing to work with us, but also communication and transparency is key. Day of arrival I had to reach out for instructions as they weren't provided prior and was then asked what we had rented. Seems weird he wouldn't know what we had rented and I had to tell him. We checked in, everything was fine. Just don't move the couch or lift the cushions, look up at the fans or expect unstained linens. The pool heat was also broken, but that's not on him and he did refund us. There was also no listing of a camper being on the property with an older lady and her dog. She will enter the property if she thinks your party is gone. Luckily for us, we had individuals there who witnessed this. There was also no mention of lawn care being done on Wednesdays anywhere in his listing, instructions sent to me through this app or on the house instructions. My guess is if you see it now, he's updated his listing. Upon bringing these things to the owners attention, I was called high maintenance like his property. I'm not, I just have standards for the amount I paid. The property's beautiful, customer service is not.

Party of ten age ranging 5-65 years. We all had a great time here. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the gardens were! So much care has been put into the lighting, art and plantings. We spent time in the garden relaxing… they’re very private. The pool was nice and warm with towels provided. Layout and rooms in the house were perfect for us (just the right amount of common space but also private areas inside and out if you need a break from People lol). The property is a great central spot for site seeing and hiking. The kitchen is well stocked! We made dinner a couple of nights here and the kitchen was very chef friendly. Cottonwood itself has some good restaurants and ample grocery options. There is a very nice woman and her cute dog that do live in an RV on the side of the property I say this just as a head’s up. They keep to themselves though, respect your privacy and we didn’t even notice them as the property is expansive. Josh was lovely and communication was great. We would love to stay here again but this time instead of being on the go the whole time we would just like to relax and enjoy the beautiful property a bit more as it’s basically a mini resort!

The gardens and pool were a great diversion for all ages.

We enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family group of 11 and the house was well equipped! Very much appreciate that the pool has a full fence with locking gate to ensure that the kids only had access with adult supervision. Josh was easy to reach and very responsive throughout our stay. The town of Cottonwood is in a perfect location for hikes, seeing national historic spots and a fun downtown. The home itself lets the guests spread out then come back together. with a backyard enjoyed with trails and places to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Modern decor and comfortable seating.

Great location and great kitchen family room area to gather for our large group (was supposed to be 16 but ended up being 13). Well supplied house and owner was very quick to respond with a few questions. We didn't end up needing all the casitas but just a comment that each is really suited for just a single guest since the beds in each all looked like twin size. Beautiful property and well-kept. My mother in law truly enjoyed her surprise party and all guests were very comfortable in this house. You won't be disappointed if you book this location!

Spent a week with friends at this beautiful home. Very spacious and nicely appointed.. I can’t say enough about the grounds and gardens. . It’s surreal; peaceful; interesting and beautiful. We spent a lot of our time in the gardens. Great sitting areas. The back porch is pretty awesome too. We used the pool every day. That was an added bonus for us Midwesterners. Location is excellent. Less than 20 minutes to Sedona or Jerome. Communication with Josh was excellent. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect house setup for our three generation family vacation. The pool area was great and fully fenced for small children. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful with sitting areas throughout and the house was fully stocked with anything you would need. It was also close to shopping and great restaurants and not too far from Sedona or Jerome. I would definitely recommend Josh’s place to anyone looking to stay in that area.

We loved our visit to Sedona and surroundings, due in large part to our accommodations. The house was perfect for our group of 12. Josh was super responsive and eager to make sure that we had all that we needed. Our kids loved the pool, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Loved the house and being located in Cottonwood. Close to Sedona and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a Walmart close by too. The pool was an added extra. :) the backyard garden was lovely. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Our family spent a lot of time in the garden and the pool. The stars are amazing at night. The size of the house is suitable for a large family due to the attached apartment and the number of rooms and bathrooms. We really have no complaints and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Lovely property. Communication with host was very easy. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated during our stay and it was totally worth it. Heated to a very comfortable temperature and my kids used it every day.

We had 14 ladies stay here for our annual Girls Trip and we all loved this property. Beautiful gardens and very nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend to anyone who either has a large group or just if you want peace and quiet.

This property was outstanding across the board. Wonderful location, beautiful outdoor areas for intimate chatter, conversation and just relaxing. nice size pool. lovely gardens to explore and photo, lots of safe off street parking, quiet setting, close to wonderful hiking.

There were nine of us. The house was perfect, with space for gathering indoors and out, and enough space for some privacy. The main part of the house was perfect for relaxing and lounging. We loved the pool. We would have loved to use the gazebos and outdoor garden spaces, but the mosquitoes and biting bugs prevented us from staying outside too long. The location was perfectly located for our exploration to Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome and Flagstaff! Loved this property! The host was very helpful and responsive to ensuring that there were enough bath linens and pool towels. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The only thing that could use some attention is the television, which we could not get to work- would be great if it had a cable to use for streaming from you tube and access to Hulu or Netflix. Not a big deal, we adjusted!

Everything as advertised, great trip!
