J’ai beaucoup aimé sa situation et son niveau de propreté

Personnel très distant ( pas accueillant) Chambre 613 la douche était soit froide soit brûlante . L’air conditionné impossible à régler

The room was quiet and no noise The location was the best thing about this hotel Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, clean & cleared quickly Concierge had lovely warm, smiling and helpful manner to deal with the only staff that reflected it was a 4 * Hotel

Room was much smaller than imagined like a box. Beds too unsupported when sat down and slept on them. Checkin to hotel 9-10pm tired travelling all day and girl was cold did checkin real fast no care. I had to ask her time for breakfast, where etc. Went to our room found it was a double and we booked twin. Went back to reception a man there told him problem with our beds and he accused me of booking it incorrectly he had a double for our booking, I told him I had booked two singles travelling with my 19 year old son and not sleeping with him in a double for 5 nights. He repeated that I had booked double & fully booked. I was getting frustrated at this stage and said I had never had this experience about booking wrong bed type before. I checked my phone and had a email confirming I had booked twin beds. The man on reception looked at it but gave no apology. Another man came out from behind the curtain behind reception and started to be aggressive in manner to me saying he did not like the way I was talking to his staff member? The staff member remained calm he started to look for another room for me. The man from behind the curtain continued to give me a hard time that they cannot guarantee twin beds. I had to argue back than why have the option to pick on the booking,com gave me option for double or twins, I picked the twins they were available. I would not have booked this hotel if I could not have gotten twin beds. He went quiet then but he was horrible to deal with and so unprofessional. I told him would not return to the hotel because of their carry on and would like to speak to a Manager tomorrow. He told me one on early in the morning and then said its a Sunday none but next day was Saturday!! I was given a twin room. Horrible start to our holiday. I was sick on the third day got sore throat/swollen glands would not allow my son bring me some bfast to my room told him she has till 10am to come down like everyone else. Unkind hard attitude.

Śniadanie kompletnie do bani. Tylko tanie produkty. Nawet sałaty brak. Polskie hotele mają o wiele wyższe standardy.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, Friedrichstrasse tren istasyonuna 5 dk, Berlin central station ve Reichstag’a 15dk mesafede. Çevresi güvenli ve gece geç saatlere kadar hareketli. Oda ve banyo çok temiz ve büyüktü. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi.

Yataklar orta rahattı. Duvarlar inceydi. Bina kanalın hemen yanında ama tüm odalar avluya ya da arka sokağa bakıyor.
