The location

In need of a refurb - very dated Dirty - had to clean things before using. Very dusty and grubby No consistent WiFi - we had no WiFi. Called and was told someone would call back, they never did. When eventually they arranged to come via messenger they didn’t turn up - we waited in. Then a few days before we were due to leave a lady turned up out of the blue and said the owners need to upgrade and we would be compensated. We haven’t been despite us having to use our 4g. If I’d known no Wifi I wouldn’t have booked. It is advertised as having Wifi. Very expensive when owner isn’t investing in the property and Casahost ignore and mislead guests concerns. Casahost suggested rebooting the hub when it goes down. It was down all the time and to reboot the hub we had to move a very heavy unit with a tv on top as the hub was behind it. Hazardous for the guest and the tv. I would not stay here again and will avoid anything to do with Casahost.

El lugar en general es ideal para descansar, está muy bien ubicado, es tranquilo y todo el entorno es bastante bonito, cuenta con una pequeña playa con acceso muy facil desde la salida del complejo pero hay alguna playa más a poca distancia. Estabamos muy cerca de la piscina pero en ningún caso nos ha molestado el ruido o el resto de turistas que había normalmente en el restaurante. Relax y tranquilidad

El colchón de la cama principal es muy incomodo, tuvimos problemas de cuello y espalda

The bedroom was too warm and a fan would help

The check in ended up being easy but we would have liked more information on exactly where the property was located. The taxi dropped us off on the main road and we were unsure as to where to go. We loved the location, heated pool, the restaurant and the bungalow patio.

The hair drier was broken. I stepped on a piece of glass on the bedroom floor which fortunately didn't cut the skin. We had numerous messages asking for our arrival time but this was recorded on one of the communications. I would have liked a clearer acknowledgement that the owner/person who let us ,was expecting us at the time stated.

Excellent location on lovely, private complex. Nicely furnished, lovely modern kitchen. Comfy bed and lots of towels and spare linen. Lovely well maintained gardens, close to small bar / restaurant, with swimming pool.

Arrival arrangements were confused, re collection of keys. But owner of property came himself to handover. was very helpful.

location good near beach and sea front. spacious property, good kitchen facilities.

the bathroom had a bad ant problem which was annoying as they got everywhere. tv signal was bad resulting being unable to watch, luckily weather was good so not such an issue.

Good location quiet, nice outside space

Bedding had seen better days. Some areas hadn't been cleaned - dusty surfaces in living room, collection of dust around edge of bathroom floor. Hence being annoyed to find we have been charged 40 euros cleaning fees when this was not included in the property description.Only 1 electrical socket in the kitchen
