お値打ち&清潔 繁華街が近い。

朝食の提供が未だ中止中だった。

予約時に宿泊税の記載がなく、危うく会社の規定を超えての精算となる所だった。9千円前後になれば更に泊まりやすくなる。

朝食が、かなり酷い。品数が少ないし美味しくない。良いトコなし。

Superb clean and services as japanese standard. there r convenient stores nearby. Convenient for transportation e.g. subway, bus. Near night life area which can make u feel cheerful again after long day.

The nearest exit from subway doesnt have elevator or escalator; in case u have big baggage, u have to use the farther exit.

Het was een goed, normaal hotel, precies wat je wil als je ergens wil slapen. Alles schoon en comfortable.

Good location, right in between Tenjin-Minami station and Canal City. Bustling yatai, shops , public transport.

Room a little small , value wise is good

Sehr modern und schön ausgestattet, zentral gelegen und sehr freundliche Angestellte. Genau das richtige um nach dem langen Flug zur Ruhe zu kommen und noch schnell was essen zu gehen.

Nichts

Property is close to the main road that connects Canal City to the Tenjin/Daimyo area. Lots of places to shop and eat, to include the underground mall towards Tenjin. The room was a good size for me and my significant other. The room was good temperature and we were able to control the temperature to make it colder. Room had blackout curtains which was also really nice! Bathroom was a good size and items such as razors, toothbrushes, hair brushes, etc. we’re available by the front desk and free water was offered in the hallway on the way to the elevators. Staff is very quick with check in and friendly, ado knows English!

Clean room, good location

The aircon wasn't working properly, had to ring reception to fix it. It was fine after that.

The staff told me cannot helped me to reserve restaurant outside of their hotel! Staff not helpful!! IT’s disappointed!

So convenient, very close to Nakasu, and Tenjin-Minami Station. Many food nearby even in late night! Room was nice and clean, with a lovely long desk for work and meal. Staff was nice.

In rainy days, the walk to train station is a thing. Room was a but small, not too bad in Japanese standard.

very clean, modern and in a great location

we hang the label asking for a cleaning of our room on the second day but it seems like nobody cared about the label and the room was still in the same state as before.

-View from the window, -Two seats/chairs inside the room, -possibility of leaving your luggage before/after the check-in.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms in a decent location. Filter coffee was nice. Overall, reasonable value.

Arrived at 2.45pm, was told to wait in the lobby until check in time at 3.00pm. Finally got to our room at 3.15pm to find the housekeeping less than satisfactory. Used slippers under bed and soap scum in the bathroom. All the facilities were closed. This was the only hotel in a 4 leg trip using the pandemic as an excuse to cut costs. Some of the reception staff were quite unfriendly.
