But the owner has to take care and change few things in the property The ac wasn’t working, only 6 towels for 10 guests , No swimming towels , No hand towels nothing the geyser the water was cold There were cockroaches in the kitchen The villa wasn’t clean The quality of the towels given were so unhygienic The bed sheets and pillows were over used, old and in horrible condition The villa just doesn’t look the way it is in the pictures

The images of the property are deceiving. The living room is much smaller than it looks in the photos. The back area is practically unusable if you're a large group. The property is in the midst of a society, so that has its own restrictions. It is not as isolated as it looks on the map. We'd asked for a BBQ, which never turned up, even though it was all paid for. The pool has time restrictions, even though its a private one - on booking.com it says usable till 9 PM, on the Vista website it says 10 PM but at the property they said 7 PM. I thought the vista guys were really organised cause they created a whatsapp group for coordination etc. However, it was quite pointless at the end of it since none of them could resolve over 3 hours why the BBQ had not turned up, when I had 12 hungry people at the property. Additionally, when the marinated food did finally arrive at 11 or so. They coal to light up the BBQ was not available. They Vista people had no idea what to do about that! All in all, quite a terrible experience. Would not recommend going with Vista rooms. It makes sense why they dont have a section for reviews on their own website!
