El hotel esta en una situación genial, estas dentro del Fuerte y solo con salir ya estas entre sus callejuelas. El Hotel esta en una antigua vivienda del fuerte, pero está totalmente reformado y las habitaciones están en perfectas condiciones. Nuestra habitación en concreto tenia una vistas increíbles sobre la ciudad ya que el fuerte en si está en lo alto de una colina. Habitación amplia, limpia y con cama cómoda, además con una decoración increíble. El Hotel esta cerca de varios restaurantes, pero puedes comer y cenar en el mismo hotel. Nosotros cenamos dos noches y la comida buenísima. El desayuno buenísimo también. El hotel tiene una terraza con una vistas impresionantes. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable y servicial.

TOUT. L'accueil super souriant 😃 et sympathique. Le charme, la propreté et le confort. Sûrement le meilleur haveli de mon voyage. Ils m'ont même mis une douche à disposition après le safari dans le 🏜. Repas très bon également. Et que dire de la terrasse. Merci à tous d'avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable . N'hésitez pas c'est le top.

Un hôtel avec un emplacement et une terrasse magnifique pour profiter de la ville et du fort.
La chambre était magnifique et confortable, le personnel était au petit soin et prêt à nous rendre service à tout moment. Et un rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Great view of the Jaisalmer fort from the rooms. We arrived much earlier (about 7 hrs) than the standard check in time and the staff allowed us to check in for a small fee. They helped us with luggages. The rooftop views were great as well.

Amazing location! Our room was lovely and very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant offers delicious dishes and everything is prepared using mineral water. Also, the view from the restaurant is unbeatable. Definitely recommended!

It's inside the fort. Nice city view. Perfect location for view sunrise and sunset in Sonarkila.
Transport ti top of the fort is little limited. Govt. Not allowed auto from 9am to 1pm.

Loved this amazing heritage sandstone fort building. It was in a quiet area of the fort, beautifully preserved, well maintained and traditionally decorated with a great rooftop view. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable and warm with a heater provided since it was winter. Very clean. Great guy on Reception, efficient and hospitable in a low key way. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel is inside the Jaisalmer Fort having a very good city view from its rooms and terrace. My room had a Sun Rise view which was really awesome. The property manager was really helpful and polite, I liked his behaviour. The room size was good with an extra bed provided.
I understand that this hotel doesn't provide so much luxurious facilities but it lacks some basic services which should be provided. No room service means you can't order your food inside the room, even if you are having a small baby and you are not able to go to the dining area again and again, they won't serve in the room no matter how much you request them. In the morning there was no electricity till 9 AM due to which the water supply was not there in the bathroom, also you can't charge your phone or laptop as back up was not having any socket enabled and even you can't use the electric kettle. The room service boy was very rude and used to give odd answers almost misbehaving with you.

The staff were extremely pleasant, especially Anit and nothing was too difficult. We were all made to feel very welcome. It’s a small hotel so you feel very much at home there. It was very comfortable with magnificent views and lovely hot showers!

Location, rooms, the royal experience, dinner sitout in the terrace.
The hotel was fine. But you should never book it through Booking.com because there are hidden taxes which the customer is not informed of upfront by booking.com and you end up paying much more. We had a terrible experience while checking out. Do not want any other customer to have the same bad experience at this hotel.

Great stay in the fort, best hotel in its class. Full of style, design, and creativity. Splurge for a room with a window seat/balcony. Then go see Suraj at the rooftop Surya restaurant. Excellent views service, and food. Highly recommend.
