The rooms were spotless and the owners very friendly. A nice homely array of breakfast was provided. Best of all it's round the corner from Anfield Stadium.

Thoughtful - toiletries were a nice touch.

The hotel was more like a house than a hotel, there were people in the hallways and the TV wasnt working in the room. The host was checking people in via a notepad and pen that he had in his hands in the upstairs hallway. When leaving there was no one at the reception desk so i had to leave my room card on the desk and go.

Tv was broken, nobody at reception, signs about not eating in the rooms ( only in the 'communal' kitchen ), people in the hallways

TV only had Netflix. WIFI didn't work. One bathroom between 6 rooms. No kettle in room. No wardrobe in room. Wasn'the given the actunlikely address until my predicted arrival time

Stayed here with my son for our first trip to Liverpool to see a game. The location is just perfect with Anfield only a couple of minutes walk away. Room was exactly like pictures and spotless could not fault it.
