Shower head holder is at waist level, so you have to hold the shower head yourself for your upper body. Not a big deal. A bit of traffic noise at night. Also, in room one you are right next to the entrance door. When people come in and out they tend to let the door slam, which can stop you getting to sleep. In spite of that, I ended up having a good sleep. Note: if you stay here, please close the front door gently! Room one will thank you.

Dear Booking, as a genius member (level 3), it is the first time ever that I send a complaint about a property of yours that we are staying in. The room description of ALL SEASONS Luxury Suites1 in Ioannina, Greece is not accurate. The room description indicates 2 sofa beds and there is only 1. The bathroom photo is also inaccurate with many broken items - shower doors missing, mirror shelf, and shampoo/soap holders in shower cubicle. The most frustrating part of our stay though is the lack of hygiene aspects! The toilet bag container fills up daily and no one empties it. The half roll of toilet paper that was provided finished after a few hours - none replaced! 2 capsules of coffee for 3 people were provided for a 3-night stay! 3 tiny shampoo bottles that finished after the first shower - never any replaced! There was no water as promised! After asking the host (via messages) to please address these issues, she came back with unprofessional, and rude replies - what service!!!!! The room is on the 3rd floor without an elevator so carrying the suitcases up was a real struggle. It is very noisy due to the busy road outside and the very noisy heating. Not to mention the late-night tv from next door that fills our room until 02 am. There are no hooks and only 2 coat hangers in the tiny clothes closet (for 3 people). No safe is provided so nowhere to keep your valuables. The supposed 'city view' is of bad electrical telephone cables, several huge garbage containers, and a dilapidated apartment block! The garbage trucks roll around every evening at midnight to empty the bins and this also disturbs a disturbed sleep. All in all, ALL SEASONS Luxury Suites1 is not how it is portrayed on your booking.com website and this needs addressing. The host has been extremely unhelpful and unavailable. Paying 251 Euro for 3 night's stay here is simply not acceptable!

Easy check in, good location, great bed

Ground floor apartment: Just a studio, nothing luxurious or a suite as advertised. Sketchy wifi so couldn’t use it properly. Zero noise insulation, we could hear people entering band leaving the building all day/night. Toilet was small, with the shower door not closing, but most importantly when the room upstairs were using the toilet we could hear the water flush and it was waking us up. Maybe the other rooms upstairs are better but the ground floor one was definitely not worth the price or the experience.

The shower screen was missing from shower and water was going everywhere as well as other bathroom accessories broken off the bathroom tiles, had an odd cupboard in the bathroom which lead into kitchen ,the apartment was on the third floor and no elevator and the ceiling was leaking due to heavy rain.

very clean, well equipped, nice neighbourhood ideal to avoid city center but still have everything you need around- good pharmacies, local bakery, quick access to the lake for a morning run

Wonderful apartment - very clean, very comfortable bed, sparkling white linen and towels, fast wi-fi. Next to the building there are coffee shop with great coffee, bakery and mini market.

Just a small suggestion: A good shower head holder should be installed.

Everything was really amazing ! Loved the decoration of the room !

Nothing bad to say just that one of the shower doors was broken.
