Its a great beach and stunning area .

The balcony is not onto the beach as the pictures portray. It opens onto a busy noisy pub car park. But by far the worst thing was the building work going on next door. Saw dust and noise from 730 till gone 6 some days.Really with the work going on next door the property should not have been rented out and I feel cheated out of my holiday.

Fantastic location, lovely and clean. Beds were really comfortable and all bedding was clean. Really helpful staff with good communication, we were advised when the property was ready for us and when we needed to be out by. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back next year! 🤞🤞🤞

The only suggestion would be to state in the Welcome pack, how the bins are emptied as we had a situation where we put food in the bin that wasn't bagged and it ended up on the floor. But this is definitely not a criticism 😁 we had the best holiday even if my order for good weather didn't arrive 🤣🤣

Location was perfect, sitting right on the beach with local bar & restaurant within walking distance. Private car parking was useful with so many cars arriving at the beach.

Outdated said there wa a dish washer and there wasn’t one. It needs modernising for the amount charged. Would not book this again.

The property is in a wonderful location and the view from the terrace and bedroom are beautiful. The house has everything you need and more, lovely and clean and comfortable. Our family holiday was amazing and we would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Waking up to a sea view every morning no matter what the weather. Porth beach house was spotlessly clean all the furniture was comfortable and the property is well maintained
