It was cozy and clean. The staff was polite and accommodating. I can stay there for months.

It was close to the road that since the windows are open, I easily woke up by the sound of the vehicles. But that's something I can get used to if given a chance to have a longer stay :)

The property is in a good location. It is near the city center. The kitchen appliances are complete. They have their own wifi so I was able to work remotely without hassle. The property has 2 balconies. The booking assistant is very accommodating as well.

10/10 - 💯 very accommodating host - clean and fresh linens, towels and kitchen utensils. With complimentary coffee, salt, pepper and oil - with FREE parking - safe space family with little kids - near tourist spots and restaurants - easy to get transport if you don’t want to use your car - with elevator, the owner is so concerned that she upgraded our room from studio to 1BR, since the elevator in the other building is not perfectly working Kudos to Ms. Kat, we will definitely book this place on our next vacation and restaurant

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and infant for 4 days and 3 nights. Ms. Kat was extremely kind and helpful with all we needed to know during our stay. The layout of the unit was great! The living area was a decent size and has a dining table. The kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to cook and eat in, such as pots/pans, dishes, utenstils, also a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, however, there was no sponge. There was also a water dispenser which was a huge plus and greatly appreciated! The room had a queen bed and a single bed, but the single bed didn't have a blanket, so we made it work by sharing the comforter since I brought blankets for each of our kids. Although, I'm sure they would provide us with a blanket if I asked since they provided us with extra towels as requested. It was very good to have extra since it took a while for our towels to dry in the cold and humid weather, it felt moist everywhere.

We noticed the toilet paper looked used since it seemed to be missing some layers. The unit wasn't that clean because our feet would be dirty when we'd walk barefooted. We did like that they provided house slippers, except the sizes were not appropriate for my toddler and husband, but we made it work. The beds were not that comfy. The cover of the light needed to be cleaned, as well as the vanity. I wish they used a different cover for the sofa because what they had was uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was good for those 3 nights.

Very beautiful place. Nice view from balcony. Easy to catch taxi. Only 10 min by walk from botanical garden. A small grocery shop is close to the property.
