location was good

There was no air conditioning control. it was locked by password. And we couldn’t sleep at night properly because A.C wouldn’t turn on. Reception was closed in the evening and we couldn’t reach out to anyone for any help.

The hot water tank runs out of hot water after 7 mins of shower, definitely not enough for 2 people to shower continuously. I informed the property manager and they seems to not believe what I said, and did not really care about the horrible experience of my wife showered in cold water when the hot water ran out in the middle. The property management should try out this situation to avoid other guests from similar bad experiences.

The property managers are amazing!! The TV in our room died and Ian went out right away to purchase a new one to replace it. I have stayed at alot of places and most just move your rooms whether you are settled in or not. They actually care about their place and their guests to make sure everything works in every room

There were mosquitoes inside and property was not cleaned properly.

Price was good and space is large enough for a small family for a few days. Clean and tidy.

Sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Coffee machine was broken and harmfully dangerous. Upper suits was noisy at late hours.
