No doubt, the setting is nice, off the beaten path. The Auberge is renovated, clean, functional. The room was adequate for 4. We paid EUR 83 which is competitive at first site, unless you add very basic breakfast for EUR 12 per person which is not worth it. The “frozen food based cuisine” they serve is dull, uninspiring. It comes easily to EUR 30+/ person. All in all we have spent well over EUR 200 for three. No A/C. No WIFI. Too much much money for the experience and the quality.

Lovely accommodation in a very old village with amazing views. We loved every thing about our little vacation. There is so much in the area to see and do. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but used the kitchen in the room every night and admired the amazing views. We would stay here again.

There is no aircon and it was very hot and humidity whilst we were there in summer, as Aussie we are used to having aircon. Also it’s best to have a hirer car to access the hotel as there is no public transport or amenities in the villege.

Lovely staff, nice location, very good food. If you come by bike (without electric support) be aware that you might need to push your bike a bit.

Everything. So exceeded our expectations in every way. Plus staff was really lovely and food was exceptional
