Inspite of making full payment in advance..i was told when i reached the property that i have to pay extra 600 otherwise they wont give the room...person sitting at the front desk even denied to provide the receipt...now since it was late at night and i booked the place for my driver i had no other option but to budge. Not an ideal way to conduct business Horrible and totally unprofessional My first and probably the last oyo experience

Staff members were not supportive, horrible check in process

I shifted myself here from another OYO in Sushant lok 3, sector 57, Gurgaon because that was pathetic. So as compared to that it was much better.

No OYO changes linens when one guest leaves the room. When I asked them to change, they were making excuses. And they billed double/wrong for food items. Food is costly too as compared to quality. They are never bothered about cleaning washrooms properly.

Nothing to like there.

No electricity, no management.

The rooms were not clean. No soaps or handwash in rooms. The rooms were very small. There are no shops nearby. The hotel is situated in isolated area. Your vehicle might not be safe here, as told be the properly. Also check beforehand if you have complimentary breakfast in your booking as they do not provide breakfast. The prices of food is very very high. Not a good hotel for families.

It was easily accessible

None of the bedsheets/ pillow covers/ blankets were clean. They didn’t have enough linen to replace the dirty ones they had placed in the room. The bathroom didn’t lock. The hotel smelled. The staff was rude. They didn’t provide any toiletries or bottled water. And they charged us for breakfast even though it was paid for in the total room tarif.
