location was great, right in the centre of town and very easy to commute to London and surrounding area

good location, right next to the shopping centre. lots of amenities provided on arrival which was appreciated. 2 good sized beds in the bedrooms

on arrival it smelt like someone had been smoking in it, so we opened the windows and gave it an airing and it was fine. there were also cigarette burn marks on the kitchen table. there is private parking which is great but note it’s in a separate building about 5 minutes walk away so maybe drop bags off at the building first then go and park.

excellent apartment close to town centre and shops

location was great and the price wasn’t bad for August bank holiday weekend

There was clear instructions on getting into the property and parking etc but when you goit into the parking garage all the signs on the floors I was told to park on say for Berkshire hospital only. tried speaking to someone but couldn’t get any answer. in the end we parked on a different floor and the on the corresponding number to our apartment and left a none with my phone number on in case of issues. later got a message saying we were parking in someone’s space. luckily the person was understanding and we didn’t have any issues. it’s just a shame as they made it very clear where to park but that was actually all wrong and then when trying to find out the correct place to park we got no answer over the course of 3 days. everything else about the stay was good.

Lovely apartment right next to the town. Good communication and instructions on how to collect keys. Will be definitely staying again.

The only negative i have to say is that it was very warm in the apartment and a fan would be a nice addition in the warmer weather.

apart from the mirror in the bathroom there were no mirrors which made it very hard for 3 women to get ready for the Henley regatta. the directions to the car park are DREADFUL it was very stressful trying to find the CP!

Everything, beautiful apartment and amazing value for money will definitely use again

Great location

The parking was one allocated space, however access to car park was not clear and not attached to the property and on arrival another vehicle parked in the flat allocated space, friends spent an hour trying to contact concierge and had to walk to property which is several mins away and nobody on reception. Messages left and also calls made to number on car park notices, eventually told not to worry about it and park anywhere cid that’s what everyone does. This was doubly annoying because we should have had two cars and I had to travel by public transport as we were not allowed two spaces! So we follow the “rules” but were majority inconvenienced and frustrated by the parking situation.

Warm and stuffy room no air con no fan provided, shower head would not stay up. Tv in bedroom too low, should be on wall, Internet intermittent.

Stayed at Berks Luxury serviced apartments in Bracknell as our base for 2 days at legoland. Located in a very modern building with a lovely foyer area and communal areas that are kept clean. We arrived late due to flight delays but were met by the building's concierge who was very helpful. The location of the apartment is first class with access to shopping and food and drink all around you in a short walking distance. You are provided with your own parking space which is a bonus if you have a car with you. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with comfy beds, and lots of appliances.

Not really any faults, there could have been a few more plates bowls etc, but that's really the only fault that I could find which is very minor.. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

amazing little place, literally everything you could wish for on your doorstep, simple and easy to follow instructions for the car park and to get into the building and collect the key etc. so comfy, clean and spacious. amazing!!

absolutely nothing to fault, didn’t interact with staff as didn’t need to but they seemed friendly and approachable if there were any issues. no problems at all.
