Didn't get internet until the following morning so don't expect to get work done. Also the block felt a bit like a prison rooms are internal and have no windows.

Location was good... self-check-in useful... surprisingly quiet, too.
Whilst the apartment itself was clean, the same couldn't be said about the foyer and adjoining corridors .
Allocated parking was not adhered to, meaning we had to park in someone else's bay! 🤷🏼♀️

There was nothing to like
The property was uninhabitable. It was not cleaned after the previous tenants and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks.
The bed wasn't done and the bedding was dirty. The towels were dirty and they were laying on the floor. There wasn't a single clean towel. The rubbish wasn't taken out.
There was nobody on site to rectify the issues and to give us another property. We called the phone number in the email. People on the line that we managed to reach said to us that they don't deal with these issues and that we had to call another line. We called the other line at least 20 times and weren't able to reach anyone.
For obvious reasons, we couldn't stay at the property and we just booked a hotel elsewhere. Currently, fighting with them to get the full refund.

EVERYTHING - it was dirty, stains everywhere unclean towels the bed made us itch

The location. The quietness. The spacious apartment. The shower. The instructions to obtain the keys and enter the apartment were great with lots of detail.
Property needed maintenance. The clothes rack was broken. There was no iron. The tv picture was distorted and unwatchable. The bath plug didn’t work so couldn’t use the bath. The car gate code didn’t work. The door key fob didn’t work. There was a smell of smoke which came into the property every night. Did not like the booking process and too many emails received after booking.

Nice spacious studio
The room had multiple bogeys stuck to the wall by the bedside table. The job was smashed and also a smashed chopping bored. The room had not been cleared of this glass and kept getting cut and shards stuck in feet after vacuuming numerous times.

It would have helped
me to have received the moving in instructions email earlier
so that I would have been to able to read before arriving.

Majority of facilities such as bathroom / kitchen were working. Apartment overall was spacious (to the point where there was almost too much space - place felt half empty). Location was easily accessible by car (although unclear as gated entrance wouldn’t work with pin so had to enter through exit lane).
Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable - as we later realised the bed frame was broken (the bed frame would bend or give in the middle when any weight was put on it) and the washer dryer wouldn’t dry. The place appeared clean however found bits of plastic in carpet and dark curly hairs everywhere.

poor mattress standard. very uncomfortable especially for the price paid! two single mattresses zipped together in middle. only 3 pillows on the bed, dirty and we had to buy our own, which we actually left at the property too. spare duvet in wardrobe has seen better days also pillows elwere dirty no mattress protector either

They advised I would be paying a £200 security deposit, which I was happy to pay. 2 weeks after leaving the apartment & following all their check out requirements precisely, I am still waiting for the security deposit to be returned.

I was shocked to find no mattress or pillow protectors had been used. The mattress was badly stained & pillows were marked.
No instructions for oven so unable to use.

We took over one hour to get into the property and weren't sure if we would be able to. The phone number we called kept passing the buck until the neighbour who had had the same problem got them to cooperate for us.
No terrestrial TV. The windows did not open. We requested an upper floor (as prompted when booking) and we got a ground floor. The main door to the building did not open but we were lucky to meet the neighbours who showed us an alternative entrance

It's clean and spacious. Good location.
I'm not informed how to get the key of the apartment after I entered with the password on the date of arrival. Until I asked, the problem is solved. There's room for improvement if more details about the collection of key.

It was very spacious, Clean and modern.
It was unhealthily hot. Disgusting hot. Personally I don’t think it was lawfully legal to be honest. The apartment was 35degrees with no airflow.

I booked for 10 nights. The day I arrived from airport to Seven living, called the number I was given and no one picked up. I had to pay 90 pounds and stay at a hotel for the night even though I had paid for that day. The next day, I called again and they lied to me saying they contacted me the day before. I was not contacted by them, in contrary they ignored my calls. They refused to refund me the first day. Absolutely disgusting.
Worst customer service you will ever find. I advise you, do not waste your money.
The windows do not open, so there is no air circulation. Woke up every morning with sinuses flaring up due to lack of new fresh air. No sunlight enters the apartments, very depressing.
I have so much negative things to say about my stay, but I would rather keep it short and simple and maintain my peace. Very frustrated.
If you are reading this, I don’t know who you are but I do know that no one deserves to be treated like this, have their money stolen and stay at such an awful place that is not worth the money. So I beg you, stay away from seven living.

No air conditioning and no windows open at all?? I was here for twenty days whilst my house is being renovated and after 6 days there was a maintenance man who dropped off an air conditioning unit. He said you need to fill it with cold water and ice. The cold water ran warm constantly and there was only an ice cube tray for small ice cubes. So there was absolutely no point.
It was so hot even another resident who came into the entrance at the same time as us was complaining that it was like being in a sauna. Despite the 40 degree weather we had the entrance had heating on!!
The beds were two single mattresses together instead of a double.
Also paid for cleaning with the booking and I was told it was pet friendly I had our cat with us but was not told I would be charged more money at the end of the stay for having a pet. I had rebooked through booking.com to extend the stay have been double charged for cleaning fees aswell and also have been told my card declined their fees for having a cat which isn't true they took the money and tried to take it again the next day.
Also areas were dirty dog poo all over the car park.

The television had no signal and after speaking with Seven living over the phone they didn't resolve it!

Horrible experience, came in the first day to find the apartment has not been cleaned properly. The customer service is non existent.
