It was the perfect hotel to base yourself in Muscat in. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is really friendly. The access to highway is easy and there is ample parking available in basement. The rooftop pool is an added perk where you can see city views!

Voor de afsluiting van onze trip door Oman kozen we voor dit moderne hotel in Muscat, gebaseerd op ligging, faciliteiten en dat fijne zwembad op dak met uitzicht over de hele stad. In de omgeving zijn diverse restaurantjes te vinden. Een groot pluspunt is dat het hotel een gratis parkeergarage heeft. Ideaal om met de auto erop uit te gaan.

Er was weinig wat ons is tegengevallen bij dit hotel. Of het moet al zijn dat in de ontbijtzaal de tafels na gebruik niet heel snel werden opgeruimd, waardoor er weinig keus was om te gaan zitten.

One of the best hotel I tried in this price range in Middle East. Large rooms and bed with very nice view on the ocean. Everything is super clean. Very good facilities, specially the rooftop pool.

Top compleet luxe hotel. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Een gym voor zowel cardio als kracht. Heerlijk zwembad op t dak. Hele ruime kamers. Goed bed. Kan niets opnoemen wat tegen viel.

Okna były brudne, widok był bardzo słaby (najlepiej w ogóle nie odsłaniać okien)

Once I ask for water from one of the receptionist, she told me I can’t give you , but when I explained that I already had ask the other college and he gave me , she said we don’t have any water now to give you

Perfect hotel which great facilities (rooftop pool, sauna, steamroom, fitness). The kingsize bed was huge even for 2 people. Breakfast was great as well with so many options from the buffet. And staff was very helpfull with all questions. Parking available for free in a garage under the hotel. Also plenty of restaurants and stores walking distance from the hotel. And even a huge mall is 10 minutes walk if you want

Perhaps a few more seats to sun around the pool.

Good place to stay for couple daya to visit muscat. i apreciate the fact they give us late checking. nice staff good variety of breakfast.

wifi was disconnecting quite few, reactivity when requested room cleaning was slow .

Rustige, grote kamer met mooi uitzicht. Niet over de top en heeft toch alle voorzieningen.

Moesten wel onze best doen om een betere kamer te krijgen. Werden eerst in standaard kamer geplaatst terwijl we gezegd hadden een mooie kamer met goed uitzicht te willen.

Hôtel bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Salle de sport, piscine chauffée, sauna, coiffeur, location voiture… De nombreux commerces à proximité. Personnel accueillant !

Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas à débordement, mais il y’a quand une vue sympathique depuis la terrasse

Management's response to complaints was speedy and decisive - which made a big difference to our stay. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised with a celebratory message and love

The check-in was disappointing when we were treated with attitude by one of the check in staff, but fortunately when it was raised with the manager Michell, he responded immediately and did everything to make us comfortable and to compensate for the unprofessional manner in which we were treated when we check-in. Just a quick note - perhaps the service on the pool deck can close a little later. It is such a great space to spend time and we noted lots of guests enjoying the evening on the pool terrace - only to be told that it closes at around 9pm.

Grote kamers, comfortabele bedden, prachtig zwembad met barretje(heerlijke plek om te vertoeven). Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Geur in de kamer( vast tapijt? Rokers?) Geen rechtstreekse buitenverluchting.
