A very cozy small apartment with nice yard infront of it. The host is very kind and I recomend the place with two hands. The only thing that must be conasidered is that the complex is located 4km out of the city.

The very small minus is that If you washed some clothes you have not where to hang it to dry, or I didnt find where, but its no problem.

Very clean and comfortable room/ appartment, with convenient secure underground garage.

Not walkable distance to city center. A place to dry the laundry would be appreciated.

The room was great, liked the terase. Very peacful area in the hills. You can park the car in garage and the whole complex very safe. We also had a fridge, microwave, ...

The only minus I saw, is that is in the hills, thats why you cant walk to the center, but still is a few minutes by car. We thought that its more close to the center.

Great accommodation, perfect location, only 7-8’ to the multistory car park (Poiana Mica) and from there with the shuttle bus right to the ski lift. For those with kids the studio has a direct access to the kinder playground. We didn’t use it, but the property has an indoor car park.

I thought of constructive feedback that could be shared in order to improve the overall experience, but wasn’t able to find any. The only thing I can say is “keep it up, cause you’re doing great!”

I highly recommend this property for your winter / ski holidays.Situated in a new and modern ,elevated appartment block,this cosy studio has been well maintained,with gorgeous views overlooking the mountains and city. Perfectly located within the heart of the city and just a stone throw away from Poiana Brasov ski resort , shopping + other amenities, you can't go wrong ! You have easy access to frequent and reliable transportation to and from the ski resort , I could not have chosen a better place for my ski trip ! I hope to go back sometime soon ! Suzy
