This rental is a gem! We have stayed in many beautiful VRBO's and this one is truly the best. It is fresh and clean. The decor is gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect and the beach is stunning. My boys also loved the pool. It is close to everything, especially the El Yunque rain forest. Having the two bathrooms and the washer and dryer was so helpful. This rental is perfect for families vacationing in Puerto Rico. We will definitely come back.

This was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting Puerto Rico. The condo was exactly as described and we loved the quiet beach and pool. Everything was well-maintained and the owner kept the kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking and chairs for the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, my impression of this property was amazing. I would definitely come again to vacation in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful relaxing stay with direct beach access and pool. We had this gated complex mostly to ourselves, which we enjoyed. Best part was location, as it’s a good spot to use as a jumping off point for anything on the east end of Puerto Rico. Unit has plenty of space for a family of four or a few more, full kitchen, good ac, and laundry.

Wonderful location. Everything is beautiful. Gated and safe, not that we ever felt unsafe anywhere we went in Puerto Rico. Beautiful beach, with views of the rainforest on opposite side of the beach. Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals of we so desired. Loved everything about it!!

The condo complex was quiet and we didn't have to fight for pool chairs! ( I would recommend the condo complex buy new chairs as you were lying on the support bars underneath due to the fabric being stretched) The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and is absolutely beautiful! The condo is very nice, stocked very well and has a great balcony. We liked the location-close to Fajardo and a short distance from San Juan. You do need a car if you stay here. We found a great little bakery just down the road and there are lots of good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend staying here both as a group of friends and for a family with children. We loved it!

We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for avoid resort prices! We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young kids. The apartment allowed us to be way more comfortable than if we were in one hotel room. The pool was nice and the property was not crowded while we were there (February). The beach wasn’t that swimmable for young kids, but the proximity to Yunque, Luquillo beach, and San Juan made this a great location for us! We spend lots of time exploring the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Condo was as pictured. Peter is very attentive and will take care of any issues very quickly. Very quiet condo development. Lovely pool, very nice beach. Condo has everything needed. Air conditioners are a little noisy. But, there are large windows and screens to open. Kitchen is well stocked. Very good restaurants close. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was as listed. The books about the island were extremely helpful.

This was a short family vacation for us. We hadn't had a family vacation since 2009. The condo was perfect! It was very clean and close to activities.

We stayed at the condo for 7 days. Great size for our family of 5. We loved being right on the beach. The condo and complex are very clean. Peter was a great host and responded right away to any questions. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 wanted a getaway from Pennsylvania and to see the rainforest. The location was fantastic for our purpose. I will say that guests need a vehicle, and a Jeep was very beneficial for us given rain/road conditions. The condo was clean, very well stocked, and spacious. Kids loved the boogie boards that were available to use. Lots of sand dollars on the beach that is a 5 minute walk. Surf was too rough for snorkeling during our stay. Listening to the coqui frogs was really cool. The only minor thing the condo lacked was face washcloths. Bought a few at Walmart for a few bucks. Didn’t use the pool but it seemed warm. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our first trip to PR! Overall would certainly recommend this property to couples or small families looking for a peaceful getaway. The host is great with response and detailed information. The condo was more than ample space for two of us. It took awhile to get the condo cooled down to a comfortable level. Once it was cool it stayed that way and was perfect. The location is good. Minutes from rainforest, Wyndham resort and recommend Terreza Montemar restaurant and the kioskos for authentic food. Thank you Peter for sharing your wonderful home and making our first visit a memorable one and look forward to visiting PR again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the property owner was beyond nice and stayed in contact with us. All instructions were great. Overall Great place to stay.

Excellent communication from host. Comfortable condo, easy check-in and check-out. Everything in condo functioned properly. Beach at front of building was great and not at all crowded during our August stay. Note, property doesn’t have a dishwasher (description was accurate about this). Everything needed for washing dishes and for everything else (pots, pans, toaster, trash bags, coffee filters, sugar, etc.) was provided. Silverware was a bit limited, but enough for our needs. Overall an excellent place to stay, would definitely stay with Peter again.

We had a great time at Peter's condo. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 4. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Peter is an excellent host. His communication before and during the trip was superb. He provided lots of recommendations on things to do in the area. He was also prompt in responding to any questions or minor issues during our trip. We would definitely stay at this property again and can highly recommend it.

Great location! Quiet area with secluded beach and good size pool. It was close to El Yunque , Luquillo and less than a 30 min drive to Fajardo and Old San Juan. The home itself was very clean, comfortable and modern. The fans and AC kept us cool from the heat. Peter accommodated us with a pack and play for our infant. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided our family of 5 with plenty of space. The home had all we needed double kitchen sink, stove, microwave clean fridge and freezer, even a washer and dryer. We didn’t get to wash loads of laundry, but there was also a wash sink in the laundry area. This is where I hand washed our bathing suits and utilized the dryer. The balcony had a pool view. It is on the second floor which wasn’t a problem beside carrying our luggage upon arrival and departure. The residents and security were very friendly and helpful. We lost a wallet and they did their best to search for it. Unfortunately, we didn’t find it before our flight. Thank you Peter for our stay!

We had a great stay here. The property was well taken care of and set up perfectly for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. It's a great place to relax while also being convenient to lots of activities.

Host was very communitive with suggestions of restaurants and shopping in the area. So many food options in the area. Check in was smooth. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. He has beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Beds were comfortable as well. This place is steps from a private and beautiful beach. Was happy to see this was a gated community with security, which made us feel safe. Community is very quiet. Condo is about 12 minutes from El Yunque. Several pretty beaches close by. Highly recommend checking out Loquillo Beach and the kiosks. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

We traveled with two adults and two tween/teens and this was perfect! The condo was clean and very well appointed and the pool beach were beautiful. Peter was very helpful and responsive. The location was great…everything we wanted to do (el yunque, kayaking, San Juan, fishing, ferry to Islas) was within a 30-40 minute drive. I highly recommend this property!

We had a pleasant visit March 2023. The condo is situated in a quiet condo community. Great pool, private beach access and friendly condo staff on hand. Owner provided superior communication before and throughout our stay. The condo is fully equipped with kitchen and beach gear. We appreciated the binder full of information in the area. Very close to wonderful restaurants, the rainforest and Luquillo. Would recommend to a friend.

Clean, as advertised, all necessary amenities available. The pool and balcony were awesome.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Waves were big at the beach (not ideal for little kids) but our older children enjoyed it. The pool is nice but all lounger chairs were ripped and unable to be used.

We went for 5 days 1/12-1/17 2023 and it was awesome. The condo is amazing. Clean, with many amenities. The beach was my favorite thing, especially since it was literally outside our door. Will stay there again for sure.

This condo was fully furnished for a our travel crew. Great location near Luquilla and Farjardo and all these towns had to offer. Can't be any closer to the El Yunque entrance and supplies at Hwys, 968 and PR3. A car is a must to get around. Complete house instructions and nearby restaurant recommendations were appreciated. Pride of ownership shines with this offering. Super clean with a full kitchen of barware, dishes and cooking utensils. Peter is surely a fine host!
