Nice cozy little house tucked away off the main street. Love it being surrounded by moss and the comfy living area to relax in. Great for a short stop on a bike trip, several restaurants and a cafe a minute walk away.

We didn't realize we needed to adjust the hot water heater until a couple showers in LOL

Good location, very nice little town and 5’ walk from a lovely beach Thé house is nicely decorated and a « feel like home » atmosphere

Three single beds are confortable, but the double one is a bit older and really narrow for two. So would definitely highly recommend this house for a group of 4 but not for 5

Great central location and private as well. Outdoor shower was wonderful. Comfortable and clean with lots of cape character. Walkable to Sundae School for the best ice cream on the cape.

The kitchen is slightly awkward with the high counter. Also all of the kitchen equipment, plates, etc could use some editing and organization.

It’s very nice place. Compared to the price, it is much better then expected. I will highly recommend it.

The bed is too small. All other is great.

Perfect location,...step outside to downtown Harwich Port but still private and secluded. Short and scenic walk to two beautiful nearby public beaches. Charming cottage set amongst others with nice grounds and fully equipped.

The cottage could use a deep clean, particularly upholstery and rugs. Also the beds (springs, mattresses and linens) could use updating.

The Spray is wonderful! We loved being such a short walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Check-in is easy, and the property is clean and includes everything you need. We'd love to stay here again!

It was perfect.

Love the location and it was comfortable, easy to feel at home. WiFi was easy to connect to and cable and roku is available which makes the kids happy. Right across the street is a pizza place, and plenty of cute shops to visit, but you feel private from the main road because of the bushes. Close to the beach.

Big issue was finding location. The link to bring up google maps takes you to a different location. We had to call customer service and wait for a call back from someone local to give us directions. She was very helpful and patient assisting us, and stayed on the phone until we were inside, followed up with a text to let her know if we had any other questions.

Great location. Fireplace was amazing and heated the common room up fast. Would love to Come again not during off season when weather is nicer with the restaurants and stores open. Was a perfect getaway for the weekend and clean !

There sounded like a little critter friend made a Home in the attic so that kept us up all night. I tried to call customer service to Notify them but sat on hold for over 40 Minutes and just give up . The vent in the attack Mesh cloth had been ripped so might want to check the that out
