We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was extremely clean, and the location was incredibly convenient for visiting Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and even Cherokee. The hot tub on the deck was a highlight, and we loved the privacy and beautiful wooded views from all three decks. The only minor issue was that the indoor pool was a bit cool for our liking, but overall, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the cabin so much! We loved the indoor pool, but also access to the community pool! The hot tub, theater room and games were a huge hit! The cabin was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this to small group or family.

Our family of five (kids aged 14, 12, and 9) enjoyed a memorable 4-night stay at this fantastic cabin during the last week of July.
The location was ideal—just far enough from the hustle of Pigeon Forge Parkway to offer peace and tranquility, yet close enough for a quick 20-minute drive to stunning state park hikes, swimming holes, and Gatlinburg.
The cabin itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The master suite upstairs provided a private retreat, while the second level offered another bedroom and bathroom, along with a theater and game room—perfect for family fun. The lower level was a real highlight, featuring an indoor pool and hot tub on the deck. Each of the three levels had its own deck, though the mountain view was primarily from the front and kitchen window, rather than off the decks.
With grocery stores conveniently nearby, we made great use of the well-equipped kitchen and even fired up the excellent grill on a couple of occasions.
The hosts were exceptionally responsive and genuinely welcomed feedback, even on small details like an uneven shuffleboard table.
We can't wait to return!

This cabin is 10/10! It was our first time renting on VRBO and this is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Very Clean and amazingly organized with clear printed and laminated instructions in every room to use the many cool features… like the xbox in the theater room and the surround sound! We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, it was the perfect size and we appreciated that it was not filled with harsh chemicals! The porch gliders were amazing and from our bedroom window we even got to watch the Dollywood fireworks on Friday evening! It was beautiful to see them behind the ferris wheel at the island from the bedroom. We stayed 2 nights and because of the prime location we could easily stop by the cabin throughout the day as needed. The hosts were VERY responsive to all of our questions/concerns! Will rent again! Highly recommend!

Property was better than advertised and amenities were excellent. Audrey made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to be sure everything was satisfactory. By far one of our best rental experiences that helped make this an excellent vacation!

We had a great time at this cabin. The owners had great communication and checked in with us a couple of times just to make sure everything was going well. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the theater room. Loved having smart tvs everywhere and the location was only a few minutes from the main road. My husband already said we should try to book the same place the next time we visit the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blackberry Splash! The cabin's location was excellent with a short drive to the Pigeon Forge attractions. The cabin was one of the cleanest and most well kept places we have stayed in! We enjoyed the pool (it was the perfect temperature), the hot tub, games and theater! Communication with the owners was excellent and they checked on us throughout our stay! The mattress in the top level bedroom was a little hard, but other than that we wouldn't change a thing! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was pretty, but when we got there the bathrooms weren't clean. The owner sent cleaners out pretty quickly, but this process meant we had to sit for over 2 hours and wait before we could start getting ready to go do what we had planned. We didn't want to get any of the dirty tubs. Once the tubs were cleaned and we were able to use them, the drains smelled like mold. We had to close them back to keep it from making the bedroom smell like mold. Bedrooms were large, had plenty of room for an air mattress and pack and play for the kids. The theater room was nice, we couldn't get the xbox to work though. We followed the instructions, and have an xbox at home but it kept saying no signal. The pool was too small for 4 people to get in and be able to move around. We expected it to be bigger for the size of the cabin. We have stayed in 2 different 1 bedroom cabins that both had larger pools. It looked like it the sides of the pool needed to be brushed. Some areas of the wall of the pool didnt look clean. The location is great. We had stayed in this area before and that is why we choose this cabin.

Our family loves the cabin!!! Clean, easy acces, and entertaining is what we had there!! Audrey had contacted me a couple of times make sure she and Andy were available. She answered my questions when I had some, especially about the home theatre lol!! Our family did not leave our cabin the first day in the mountains. We fun with the indoor pool, hot tub, home theatre, foosball, and the ARCADE!!! My kids and I had tons of fun playing DIG DUG!! One of the best things about the cabin, if you have a question about where things are in the cabin, what’s near by, or just general question, Audrey has a binder just for those occasions. She also has labeled the cabin for where everything is and goes back when done. In the future, we will be heading back there for another stay in the Smoky Mountains!!!

Our family of 5 (including 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Blackberry Splash. All of our needs were met/exceeded, including small things you would normally forget (i.e. sippy cups, spices, extra cozy blankets, towels, bluetooth speakers, the list goes on). Everything was very clean and well kept, including the pool area. You can tell that the owners take pride in this property. We hope to return again soon.

We loved everything about this cabin! It was an amazing location, middle of pigeon Forge, easy to get to and easy parking! The owners are the sweetest and quick to respond! We will absolutely stay again! ❤️❤️ the pool was warm and the movie theater was so fun! The only request, would be to add some recliners in cabin❤️.

We've stayed in various places and I would absolutely return here. It's so close to the main drag but nestled up in a quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and had more than enough space for a family of 5. Pool was perfect for my little ones.

This cabin was great for my family of 4! We enjoyed every level of this cabin from the spacious bedroom and jacuzzi tub to the movie theater to the indoor pool (which came in handy on the rainy day)! I also LOVED the location. It was so close to the Pigeon Forge strip and grocery stores, but far enough away that we felt somewhat remote. I'll never forget the view of the mountains the morning we left to go back home. It was rainy and it was a perfect view of why the mountains are called the Smoky Mountains! This cabin really made our vacation special and I would love to rent it again when we come back to the area!

This property is as good if not better than pictured! We really enjoyed hanging out in the cabin as much as going out to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. My 11 year old daughter loved hanging out at the indoor pool and we both ended each day in the theater room playing video games while my wife relaxed in the living room. We slept well and for once were not ready to leave.
About a mile from so much! Two grocery stores and of course everything on the main strip.
Highly recommend. Directions on where everything is and how to work everything.
The owners are very responsive and nice.
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this location.

The cabin was immaculate and supplied everything we needed. The kids practically lived in the indoor pool. The furnishings were rustic and beautiful and very comfortable. I hope the cabin is available for us next year!

Cabin was perfect! It has everything you would need. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and very close to Gatlinburg. My family enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer. Children enjoyed the private pool and games. Host kept in contact which is awesome! We will definitely be back.

We loved this cabin! Our entire stay it rained everyday, so the kids were so happy we had the private indoor pool and theater room! I also loved that it was right outside of town and didn't have steep one lane roads. Kids didn't want to leave!
