Location! Its right next to Baga Beach and near some decent restaurants and bars.

Quite a few things. 1. Listing mentioned a 'Futon' bed as a second bed but it wasn't there, only a thin piece of mattress was provided proving difficult to sleep for one of us. 2. Two nights out of three had blackouts and the aircon wasn't working, couldn't have a decent sleep. 3. The bed had a lot of creaking noises, the moment out moved a bit it made lots of noise. 4. The satellite TV Tata Sky had no subscription, making the TV unusable.

Rosy Guest house is very near to baga beach 2 mins walk.. Good place to stay with family and friends Mr.Jack the owner of the property was very helpful and supportive.

The room is very close to Baga beach where you can see the horizon. The caretaker, pramodh is a well-behaved staff and looks after you for everything. The rooms were all clean, sheets set and clean towels with soaps as how you get at a 4-star hotel. For 1500/day, it’s worth the money you pay. If you need comfortable stay swimming pool and all, you need to go and visit nicer places

The comfortable and the facilities are not even up to the mark .. The room has changed the next day and the room doesn't have the cupboard as well.... Staff behaviour is good...but the room is not as good...

My room was great and quiet at night. Was offered to clean the room but did not need it. Great support from Jack and Pramodh for things with the room and also about Baga beach. I recommend this place

room was not clean and fridge needs repair. you can hear the chat of ur neighbours in adjacent rooms easily. Cleaning is below average. no car park and hard to even park ur scooter.

Excellent location. Clean, calm and quiet place to enjoy holiday. Mr Jack , the owner helped us a lot to get the room I chose and also helped us to arrange our drop from the airport to the guest house. A caretaker called Promod is also helpful and very prompt.

A bit expensive since I visited at peak time. The only option of drinking water is to buy.

Pramod is really a nice guy. Property is near to Baga beach. Family can happily stay here.

Guest house very close to Baga beach which was fun.

No proper toiletries provided, TV and fridge not in working condition. Daily housekeeping not maintained.
