Super confortevole e completamente rinnovata, questa casa a 3 letti / 2 bagni è una delizia! Nella tranquilla North Seaside, sarai a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia per vedere i favolosi tramonti. This property was located a short walk from the beach, and just a slightly longer walk/drive to town. The property was better than pictured, and included ample space for our family of five. Two sizeable full bathrooms, three great bedrooms, a lovely and private outdoor space! The owners thought of everything. The kitchen is well labeled and includes all conveniences, same with bathrooms. The garage included ping pong, foosball, and beach items to borrow. There were also beach towels available. One alert depending on when you travel: This property does not have air conditioning. It was warm when we arrived, however opening windows plus cooler temps in evening helped cool it down. It was a really great place to stay, I highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful Vacation Home throughout in nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the Nice Outdoor Seating and Gas Fire Pit, which is a super plus! To get to the beach is 2 blocks straight walk on street from the Vacation Home, but then plan on walking quite a way through Sand Dunes to reach the Ocean Beach. Only regret is there needs to be more Bath Towels in both Bathrooms for Showers. Plan on coming back next year! We absolutely loved our stay!

This was my first time renting a vacation property. I was totally surprised and pleased by the amenities the host provided for our use. There was a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen and comfortable spacious beds in all 3 bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was close enough to walk to. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the ample supply of board games and videos that were provided. Everything was clean and easily maintained. The only reason I took off one star for the accuracy of the online listing was that the house had recently been painted, so when we arrived at the destination we passed on by because we were looking for the white house shown in the photo instead of the gray one that was there. There were also a couple of window shades that couldn't be opened or closed due to faulty cords. I definitely would recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a good, quiet, family oriented place to stay.

Property is well thought out on amenities you might need. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful yard. We had dirty dishes and flatware in cupboards and hair still in a bathroom rug. We know maid cleaned so maybe previous renters could have put dity sishes in cupboards. Also hair in rug looked like someone cut hair. Locks for garage were hard to unlock.

Have stayed at this location two times now. It is perfect! We went with 4 adults and 5 children under 8 years old and it’s the perfect size for us all. So many amenities in the house and a short walk to the beach and town. We will be back next year!

The beds were comfortable and the property was immaculate. There was no air conditioning, but it was cool enough that if you open the windows it was very nice temperature. I would say if you’re driving, just bring some large fans with you for the bedroom if it gets too hot to circulate the air.

This home was set up perfectly for a family stay. We had 3 adults and 3 children (ages 3-8). The back yard and patio were excellent for relaxing outside - even when the weather was not ideal. The kids' room was wonderful with bunk beds, books and games. The kitchen was fully functional for everything we needed. The garage had beach buckets, ping pong and foosball. It was a short walk to the beach. I really can't imagine a better house for our stay!

This is by far the most well thought out vacation rental we have ever stayed in. So well supplied in the kitchen, warm and cozy, very clean, every outdoor activity was thought of and in the garage and the communication with the property manager was superb!

The house on the inside and out was amazing. The house was better than we expected. It was clean, cute, and cozy.
It was a block away from the beach and a short drive to the town. The area was quiet and extremely accommodating for families.
The kitchen had everything and more. The washer and dryer was a great plus. For the organized people everything was labels, an information book about the house rules, and supplies and toiletries available in case of an emergency.
The house was very safe with good windows and a keyless entry locked door. We can't wait to come back next year!!!!

This house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Walking distance to the beach was good, but too far from town had to find parking to eat or shop.

Perfect place for a family
This place was great! The owners had a lot of little extras: wagons, boogie boards, Graco pack n play, Nintendo, games, beach toys/blanket, really anything you could want. The master/king mattress was amazing! My teenagers said the bunks squeaked a bit, but there were 3 teenagers on it.
The back patio was awesome and we loved dining outside in the evenings. The yard lighting was great.
My *only* suggestion would be to get rid of the benches/ottomans in the living room and put in a small love seat. The seating was not super conducive to a movie night for more than 5 ppl.

In town for convention and family get together
This is a great house! We enjoyed our stay.
Everything in good condition. Back yard is awesome although we couldn’t use because of rain.
We were six adults who all wanted to watch a movie in the living room. SUGGESTION would be to replace a blue stool and put a nice looking narrow recliner. The two stools are not comfortable to sit on for very long!

We loved that you could park at the property and walk to the beach/ocean and to downtown Seaside for shopping and food and souvenirs. This was a wonderful place that fit our whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property!
Beautiful home in a great location. Very clean and cute and well stocked. We didn’t get to use the outdoor patio (too come and rainy) but wish we could have with the fire pit and beach toys. Definitely would come back!

Adorable beach house
Very comfortable king bed for my husband and I. We all slept great. Very quiet. Loved the long kitchen table for board games. The owners remodeled this so well. Love the thick, white trim, ship lap and flooring. I absolutely love that it was decorated so nicely, looks great, not overdone with tons of furniture or decor. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

AMAZING!!
I don’t have the words to describe how amazing this place is!! Everything is High End. Organized, beautiful, can just imagine how great it would be in the summertime. The back yard is so wonderful! We decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. The place was sparkling clean even with us checking in a little early. I would totally rent this place again. We’ve been all over and stayed at many many places. Nothing compares to this! We’ve had s hard go of it recently and wanted to try to make Christmas special for our loved ones, this did the trick!! Thank you!!!!

Excellent location, beautiful home
The home was beautiful, in great condition, with lots of amenities. You can tell it is well maintained and everything was comfortable, clean & relaxing. The living room could be made more comfortable with a loveseat instead of 2 fancy chairs that made it difficult to have a family movie night during a storm and a DVD player in the living room would be nice as well. We had a power outage and cable outage for 4 hrs and the property manager made sure we had lanterns and were comfortable until the lower came back on. We cannot wait to stay here again!

it was rainy, that did not distract, we spent time outside on the covered deck in comfy chairs and sofa. The kitchn was well stocked. A teapot to boil water would be a nice additon. We will be back soon.

Beach house
This was a nice house for us. It was a little smaller than it looked, but it was ok for 2 couples and a child. Lots of stuff to take to the beach. Great location. The only negative thing was the landscaper came right into the back yard without warning. Startled us. Had to look through the whole book to see it say the maintenance crew may show up during your visit.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. I appreciated how organized everything was and there were so many helpful details such as sand toys, sound machines in the bedrooms, toys and games. The house is in a delightful quiet neighborhood nice and close to the beach.

Overall pleasant stay
This house is perfect for a small family. 3 bedrooms, one with bunk beds and books and toys for kids. Found the bed quite comfortable.. would suggest taking your own pillows tho. Bathroom super clean and the shower was wonderful. Outside patio area is delightful with furniture and big table for eating at and a propane outdoor fireplace among with a barbecue. Kitchen is small with very limited storage area for food and even less counter space. The microwave was broken when we arrived and had to be unplugged but management quickly purchased a small microwave for our use. The one HUGE issue we encountered was ANTS!!! Tons and tons of ants all over the kitchen. On the clean dishes, in the cupboards and even in the dishwasher. This has obviously been a ongoing issue since there was some type of spray under the counter labeled “to kill the ants” but I would certainly suggest before you book this lively home that that issue is resolved. It was pretty disgusting and we had to put our food outside on the patio and in the refrigerator at all times.
