everything, the location it was very accessible

not a big issue but in the master bathroom there was some women hairs on the floor but everything else was perfect

property was very clean meaning the building and the grounds. the unit was very spacious inside….

As far as the unit itself, the stove and oven was very dirty with crumbs of food stuck in the sides of it , as well as waisted food stains in oven! kitchen cabinet was full of live and dead roaches where the silver ware is located and the pots and pans cabinet was also Full if dead roaches..Beds had no frame jus Mattress and Box spring only! meaning beds was actually on the floor!

The location felt safe and it was close to many stores/restaurants.

There were a couple of dead roaches under a cabinet and I saw one live one. But it did not take away from the experience. The condo itself was very clean and fresh.

cleaning , they charge $120 cleaning fee for a place that has a lot of cockroaches, it’s no healthy at all when I text the owner about this He said cockroaches are not life risking or a threat for health ! that they will have it during the seasons !! rude and unprofessional

I liked the pool and the kiddy pool. I liked the location of the condo. I liked the big garden tub

I didnt like the TV and all the confusing remote controls. I didn't like the master bedroom bed.. it was broken in the middle and hurt my back. I didn't like all the cacaroaches some in the sink and crawling on the bedside tables. I didn't like the washer leaking out from underneath it. I didn't like the fridge water filter being old and not replaced .. the water tasted awful. I didn't like finding dirty drinking bottles behind the TV stand in the living room. I didn't like finding a pair of shorts wrapped up in a spare blanket from in the closet. I didnt like seeing the floor looked warped and peeling near the bathroom in the dinning room.

It was a perfect fit for our family. Beautiful place with plenty of room. Nice balcony. Close to everything! My daughter was competing for NGA nationals for gymnastics. Perfect location close to the convention center. I love the pool area. I would definitely stay here again. We love it!

That I didn't have a broom to sweep. I think I might have got put away with the other cleaning supplies.

The condo had roaches in the dishwasher and in the ice machine. It was a bit outdated. Also the furniture cluld have been a bit cleaner.

The property was spacious and convenient location. Easy access to the interstate and Seaworld and Disney

The property needs updating, bed in master bedroom was not comfortable, we walked on the floor with our socks on and they was dirty when we removed them, towels and bed linens had an odor like they wasn’t washed good and we had to rewash everything! The biggest problem was roaches! I reported it to the owner and they came the next day and put combat down and the next day we saw them again. At that point we was ready to leave.
