Lee and Melanie were perfect hosts. Greeted upon arrival by Mel and shown around the lovely property. The facilities were clean and modern and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

Lee and Mel are such wonderful hosts, and amazing people. they went out of their way to assist and help us in whatever way they could. we absolutely loved our stay with them.
we were in the room right at top. it is a lovely room however it can be quite warm and it doesn’t have a bathroom on the same floor.

The property is lovely, it’s very clean, the bed was very comfortable and there are all the amenities you need. Lee’s partner was also lovely and very helpful.
I did not appreciate the fact that the owner decided to start having a party with extremely loud music and loud guests trying to talk over the music from midnight to 3am. I find this incredibly rude especially as I was asked to be quiet when I came in as other guests were sleeping?! I’m sure from reading reviews this isn’t the norm but honestly you cannot charge someone for a use of room that they are unable to sleep in due to the noise.

An absolutely brilliant stay with Lee & his family - the location was perfect walking distance from Southsea train station & to the Victorious Festival. I received a lovely welcome from Lee & his family, who showed me around their beautiful home & garden area which were immaculate. My bedroom was large clean & cosy - whilst the bathroom & toilets are shared there was no problem using these facilities privately at any hour of the day. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home it helped make for a great weekend in Southsea.

The breakfast was really lovely. And just enough for a quick dash to the train station. IT's a serve yourself situation in a lovely home kitchen.
