The house was spacious and laid out in a way conducive to spending time together. I love the kitchen and cooked most of our meals while on vacation. The Roku that was already set up (i.e. no logging in with my own personal accounts) was a nice treat. We appreciated and used the pass to the Attitash Sports Club's pools and hot tubs. The house was close enough to the things we needed, but far enough away to offer some peace and quiet.

I feel that checkout should be at 11a given the amount of things requested for checkout procedures. Being a single mom of two, by the time I got the kids fed and dressed, I found I needed to rush frantically during the last hour to be sure I had stripped the beds, collected the trash, and tidied up before loading up and leaving. I think the owners/rental agency should either extend checkout to 11a, or forgo the checkout procedures required of the guest that are more commonly done by the housekeepers.

Clean and open space. Felt like it was built for a home not for a rental. Enjoyed the stay very much!
