The landlord had no clue of what was in the property. Clearly they he has not been visiting the property in a while The bathroom was a bit cranky Ikea style apartment

The decor of the apartment is gorgeous - alot of pride and effort has gone into it. There is a beautiful feel to it the minute you enter. It gets direct sunlight so when we visited in December it made it very cosy. There is a fan next to the sofa which offers air con and heat. The location in the old town is perfect. The roof top is a real bonus - gorgeous view down to the beach and up to the castle. Highly recommended.

I found the pillow very soft but that's a personal preference. The bed was comfortable however. A dish cloth is provided but a sponge/scrubber would be useful to clean pots/pans - again only something minor.

We loved the traditional style of the apartment. Good kitchen equipment. Excellent bathroom. Good sized TV. Very good location. We liked the rolling window blinds. I liked watering the plants on the balconies.

The central staircase leading to the apartment and above is very dark - the light switch is difficult to find - it is so black at the door to the apartment I could not see - the stairs to the Terrace have no light at all, quite dangerous coming down - by the time you reach the apartment, it is completely black. The bedroom was small with the double bed taking up most of the room. We had no wi-fi for 5 days as we did not find the code or have any communication with the owner. The photographs of the property need to show what the front door looks like.

We loved our stay. The apartment was lovely and comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and town. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the amazing views. Everything went very smoothly with our check in

Liked everything

walking distance to the centre of the town, the setup inside the appartment was more than enough. The rooftop at night is a big win.

i feel like for the people that would make use of the tv that it is in a wrong location. a swivel for it would be helpfull. the bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have liked. there were ants all over the place

Fantastic location. A quiet street just a few metres from lots of bars, restaurants and the beach. Large apartment with a very high spec finish. Lovely to have a bottle of wine, beers and water waiting for us in the fridge. Hosts very accommodating letting us check in early

The window balconies looking over the street were a real highlight, and very much made you feel like you were in a European city. The living room is also extremely large so was an excellent place to chill out. The bathroom was great, with a big rain shower and good water pressure,

nothing except could maybe do with a toaster, abd washing machine instead of dish washer. plus microwave as no oven. but not criticism just suggestion. we loved it.

Beautifully decorated room, great location, and an amazing rooftop terrace! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Alicante. Perfect for two.

Absolutely nothing

This apartment is a total gem. It has everything you need home from home. It’s super close to the beach, restaurants and the tram line should you need/want to venture into San Juan or further! Fantastic comms with the owner/manager who is very accommodating! We will definitely be back. We’ve stayed in several places in Alicante and this apartment is, by far, our favourite. The roof terrace has fantastic views.

Wonderful apartment in the old city of Alicante close to the beach and city Centre, but still quiet and secluded.

Newly renovated to a high standard, lovely and clean. Clear access instructions at check in.

At the time there was building works directly outside the lounge window, they didn’t overly bother us and weren’t noisy but we had to keep the blinds down for privacy . It would have been nice to have been informed before booking.
