The view and location are great! Just one street behind the corniche but you are 16 stories high so you have a great view of the water and the corniche. Very spacious for 3-4 people. Everything you need for a minimal stay. We were met in person to be shown around the apartment and given keys. Wifi is strong and apartment is clean.

The hot water tank is small so that goes quickly. Just something to note for future use. If you have difficulty with mobility (my grandparents for example) then sitting on the floor is quite difficult. Just plan for this.

Very nice apartment! The bedroom was super comfortable, also orher rooms were all brand new and modernized, we felt really comfortable. The apartment owner is a very kind person, he was available with us for the entire stay. I definitely suggest it.

The beach view is the BEST! The place is very clean and comfortable. The location is convenience to everywhere, also walking distance to corniche.

The evelator has a lot of problem and didn't work well, we need to use some staircase and they unable to fix it fast.

the view was absolutely breathtaking and the apartment was beautifully furnished with everything we needed for our short stay.

As a sufferer of slipped discs, the bed was very uncomfortable for me as it was extremely hard, but that was literally the only thing I didn’t like.

The appartment had everything you needed plus extra things which usually arent available in normal bookings like a washing machine and iron with all equipment needed. A kitchen and all. It was basically like a normal appartment youd live in so this is always very handy when visiting. Location was also perfect, on the beach and you can reach everything very easily. And last but not least the host was very helpful and friendly. He was responding within minutes to anything and tending to every need (giving great food places suggestions and changing sheets when requested and accommodating any changes)

One appartment had a bit of leaking gas smell which was explained to be paint. The other one had old furniture which smelled a bit and youd need to ventilate the place constantly to not feel it much

Beautiful 2BR apartment with an amazing view of the ocean on the 13F. Well-stocked kitchen, fridge, microwave, stove, water pot, great internet, washing machine, and clothes drying rack. Everything we needed was provided, could have stayed longer.

Awful awful awful area to be in! Please do not come here if you have any other choice. I felt super uneasy and very unsafe. You cannot imagine the garbage, dirt and mess that can be in this are. The streets are full of old cars, people, horses, sheep, cow carcases, merchants, mountains of garbage, all in the same place. I didn't feel safe going out on the street and even though we were in a group of 3, with elderly people, all cars would honk at us, some even stop next to us and some even got out of the car and started following us aggressively asking for money or asking us to buy stuff, get us carriage services or other things no one asked for. All this while they were literally following us and yelling that we don't want to respond or comply to their requests. Avoid going there if you can! The apartment itself is ok, 2 stars conditions in normal standards, but the area is horrendous.

A nice apartment with an incredible view over the sea. We arrived a little early but could check in without a problem. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

In the first evening we had a little bit of problems with a leaking gas and the owner immediately reacted and sent a guy to fix the problem.

We only spend 1 night but it was very pleasing. The view is great, the location too (30mn walk to the Citadel of Qaitbay or Bibliotheca Alexandrina). The bathroom might be a bit small, but sufficient. Compensated by the big shower.

A bit expensive for what it is, in regards of the egyptian quality of life. The appartement was supposed to be non-smoking but there was a bad smell. Maybe a bit more of kitchen furniture would be appreciable.

The view from the entire home was great. The home is well done & very functional.

The lift is a bit scary in the building. The room cleaning was not done ever even though we were charged cleaning fees.
