I loved this place so much. I will definitely book again when I come back. The owner kept me instructed at all times on how to enter property etc and was very very friendly and kind. The place was also nice and clean

Almost everything, the mattress was soiled, needs to be replaced. there was 3 layers of plastic coated mattress covers on it, which were also old and soiled and needs to be replaced. The sheets are polyester and very uncomfortable. There was no duvet just one blanket, I had to search the apartment for another one as it was cold. There was only 1 cup in the kitchen and it had no handle!! very little cutlery if I needed to cook. no one lives in the apartment, I was there on my own, it was not a pleasant stay and should not be listed on Bookings.com

Very friendly host. It made us nice memory, and totally worth the price, plus billiard in the hall was fun. Recommend!

All was good, the house the bathroom, kitchen, fridge, tv.... all you can ask for. You can check my review of the property on my youtube channel Big Joe - Cheap Travels. You will also get the feel for the neighborhood and the city. The price was good, same as some hostels charge in Arrecife with the difference here you have all the room to yourself.

Location, it is located in one of the suburbs of Arrecife, so it is good if you have a car, or you must use a bus that runs every half hour from the station on weekdays and every hour on weekends. Be ware each time you use the bus it will cost you 1,40 euros. And that's just to get to the city, then you take a different bus, so these bus fares do add up. Also nearest food store was 800m away.
