The staff members here are good. Friendly, good to talk to and they tend to your requirements promptly.

Cleanliness is required. The rooms on the upper floors have cockroaches roaming all around, including the bed.

almost nothing just near Railway stn and easily Auto or cab available at location

staff was very rude, no facilities was available in room even a single water bottle or a cup of tea. room and especially toilet was very dirty, And bedsheet was used and not changed by staff. Toilet seat was broken and a AC water pipe was permanently hanging in bathroom. I not even understand what type of maintenance they are carrying out for their guest. and I don't have any strong reason to go there again.....

Itz a nice cozy property in the serene milieu of Koregaon Park. The owner over phone was very courteous. The Staff are really helpful & professional. In most of the budget hotels staff are rude & very inquisitive...... unlike here. Rooms are good at this modest price...all rooms AC. Overall, A MUST VISIT.

They should be a bit more attentive about AC maintenance & linen.

The cleanliness was missing. The room was not at all cleaned. This hotel also serves on hourly basis. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
