Location, Room size

Problematic communication with the owner. He is too too much communicating. Too many phone calls is very disturbing! At arrival, next day for parking payment (250 CZK per day) he just knock the door without any announcement. Later next call for ID number. At departure day he made next phone call and asking us to leave the room until 11AM for cleaning, while at booking is until 12AM - so we stay until 12AM without problem - he must agree on. If you want to only pay for the room and enjoy free time at city, please don't reserve this accommodation. We fell like under press.. Under control.. It was not comfort from the first call. It was extremely disturbing for us :-( First time in my 10 years of traveling I must give so negative review :-(

The location of the property is great. Just next to the city sightseeing. The service was fantastic, extremely hospitable owner. Room was big, comfortable, available all required equipment.

The staff is a very nice guy! My friend and I highly recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located a few hundred meters from the city centre, the rooms are clean and well equipped. It's an affordable hotel. Vyboene. Moc se mi libi.

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of SPA part of Karlovy Vary (just a 2mins uphill walk from Vridlo and about 5 from BeerSpa - something for those who had enough of mineral water). Suitable for long-term stay especially if you're going to spend most of the time in the old part of town. In a walking distance (25-30mins) from bus/railway station. Apartment is equipped with all you need (kitchen, washing-machine, iron). And if you need assistance - you can call owner.
