This hotel is beautiful, and the service that we received was exceptional.And each and every member of the staff is always smiling and providing the highest possible level of service to each and every guest. Well maintained hotel with lovely staff and good atmosphere. A nice experience for those who need a good hotel in Pondy.

Staff were a bit lost in the restaurant during rush morning hour. Share it with staff who took the feedback very nicely. A negative point which became a positive one at the end. Proof of a real care for customers.

No Pool

This is without a doubt one of the top 3 hotels within the Pondicherry city limits. Especially if you don't want to stay in a heritage property using old furniture etc. The hotel is modern and has lovely amenities, the gym and pool stand out to be in excellent condition and very clean. The spa is good, albeit somewhat costly for the local prices. The thing that really sets this hotel apart, is the staff, we were extremely impressed with their helpfulness and ability to make things happen for us. Highly recommended for a pondy stay!

While the hotel and the amenities are excellent, the hotel is starting to show signs of aging, and a proper deep clean in bathrooms and carpets could go a long way. The rooms can be noisy if you are on the side of the mosque, which has its first call to prayer at 5.30 in the morning.

Spacious modern rooms. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet with tasty food and large choice. Wonderful staff at reception. Lobby and Restaurant looked still new and fresh with pleasant cool air and nice fragrance. Rooms comfortable with lovely light options.

Rooms especially bathrooms could be cleaner. Bathroom fittings are on 3 star level and looked a bit old already. For light sleepers the hotel is not ideal as you hear the street noise despite soundproofing.

Oh d staff were very welcoming....d food made by chef Sanjay and team...yum ..good spread...food quality much much better than any other 5star hotel I hv been to....keep going!!!!!

Did not expect d room to b cleaned when one lv for breakfast....when I returned happened to see my wedding ring missing.....such a shocking experience in a 5star hotel....d GM...d Security..,d housekeeping Head....... checked my room nearly thrice.. assuming to hv dropped.....but to my horror it was ROBBED....begged d staff who cleaned my room ..money was not important....Damn it was my WEDDING RING!!!!!!. had to leave disappointed😔😔😔
