Breakfast was good. Buffet items plus cooked to order eggs. The room a/c worked well and there was a ceiling fan. Two big bottles of water were provided. Shampoo and body gel were also provided. My room had a good size balcony. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Laundry came back in less than 24 hours.

The rooms are small, bathrooms can be cleaner. Why it is called "Executive Room". The price is high compared to the facilities and room condition.

Such a lovely simple place with very friendly and helpful staff. Bina, the owner and manager was always there to offer advice and help. The hotel is perfectly located for a White Town.

To start with, I was at the Executive Inn Annex, which is a separate building about 200 m away from the hotel and doesn't have a restaurant. But since many restaurants are within walkable distance, it was not a problem for me. Staff - Anbu and Muniappan with whom I had the most interactions from the reception, were very helpful. Room - was spacious and generally clean. It had air-conditioning as well as a fan, a cupboard, a table and chair. Location - was very good. You can reach the Beach road in about 10 mins from here on foot on one side and in 10 minutes to the main shopping street on the other side. Aurbindo Ashram and Manakula temple are also within 10 minutes on foot. I found that there is a Kerala Ayurveda center in the next street. So if one is looking for any Ayurveda massage treatments, one doesn't need to go far.

- There is no lift, so if you are on the higher floors, it's tiring to climb. So be mindful of that while booking. - The white undercurtains on the windows were not clean. I didn't touch them to look out of the windows. I don't even know what would you see on opening the windows. Management should pay a bit more attention towards the cleanliness and maintenance of upholstery. Also the bathroom door, looked in need of some cleaning.
