Excellent location, walking distance to the village and ski area. Spacious and nice seating area with high ceiling and a fireplace. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean.

The location of the fob was not very clear, I had to call customer service for assistance who was very patient and stayed with me on the line until I found it. The washroom is outdated and needs to be updated.

The wifi was intermittent. Not enough towels. Bathrooms could use a good scrub. No access to wash clothes onsite.

We liked the location and the in-condo amenities, just like home. The owner had plenty of everything from furnishings, appliances, BBQ, linens to rainy day activities.

Unit 222 smelled very smoky, which was bad for our asthmatic family. The loft was not separate from the 3rd bedroom, so the Queen trundle bed had no privacy.

Easy to find and well maintained grounds were noticed right away! Easy parking and lots of it When inside the condo, it was extremely clean and did not disappoint. It was bigger than what we had anticipated with 2 bedrooms on the main floor that could sleep 5 or 6 ppl (bunk beds in one room) along with a twin bed. Upstairs was the master king bed and ensuite. Main floor bathroom was very big and clean as well. On doing a more thorough examination of the condo (I always do this and take pictures if issues, so as to not get charged and blamed for damage), I found a window that was open and the crank would not allow it to be closed (it seemed to be missing the pins to close it). I took a picture and then forgot about it until the next morning. I sent Alex a text with the picture and he came over to check it out within 15 mins of my notifying him. He managed to pull it tight so it could be locked and was very appreciative of our letting him know. The location to The Village at Blue Mountain was exceptional (5 min walk) and there is lots to do there that one should not get bored.

The email prior to arriving from Vacasa was extremely helpful with lockbox location/code for the main building door. The entrance code in to the condo was provided as well. The only issue we had with this was the poor lighting at the door to indicate it was indeed, a touch pad. The other 2 condos in the building had large key pads and we thought ours was missing. We called the Vacasa # provided, explained our situation and within 10 mins, the building manager, called. In the meantime, out of frustration, I tapped the top of the pad and it lit up. I sent Alex a text to let him know we were in, as I missed his phone call. He was very good about it all. It would have been nice to know prior too what kind of door pad it had .....But none of this made for a lousy getaway. It was all rectified in a very speedy fashion. Just would have been helpful seeing as emails were coming in every day with information about the property from Vacasa

Easy directions given via email and a text the morning of our arrival!

Not much really but we did say maybe if possible an earlier check in time could be an option if the unit is not rented/used by owner prior to our time frame to rent. We also noticed that the baseboard heater in the main living room near the couch, was putting out heat even though the thermostat was turned down and the air was on

It was comfortable and cozy stay! Location was great, beds were comfortable, rooms were big enough. Overall a great stay!

There should have been some basic stuff in the kitchen like coffee and tea, salt/pepper. There wasn’t any hand soap in the kitchen, there was only 1 key fob for 8 people. It was hard to reach out for help as the response time on messages was too long.

The appartement is good location with few minutes walking to blue mountain village. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough dishes for cooking. Cozy sofas in the living room and we really enjoy the relaxing time there. Rooms are a little bit small. The staff is nice and quick response to any questions.

Utilities were dirty and the condo was a bit smelly.

The dust and blowing dirt from the main perking lot blew over into our park lot, and the cars had a dust film all over the windows. Some rowdy kids tried to get into my sister in law's unit at 5 am a few buildings over, pretending they lost their keys. They called the support and they said security wouldn't come over because its dangerous for them, and to call 911.

We liked everything about the place. The home was very neat and well maintained. They had a closet full of board games that kept us entertained 2 nights. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and culteries. Will again visit with family. The place is just a min away from the blue mountain village. Such a beautiful view.

The location. View was exceptional, and the wood burning fireplace was great. The skiing given the weather, was good.

The condition of the unit was fair to rough. Door racks in fridge were missing or broken, ceiling fan did not work, Shovel on deck with broken handle, useless. Blinds in Master Bedroom missing or broken. Jacuzzi in Master Bedroom ensuite full of mold and dirt, unuseable.

location was excellent and the house was spacious

very outdated property, stained couch, stained carpet, old furniture, fridge was falling apart on the inside, only one fob to go in and out of the house, no locker key and no fire log … basics were missing.
