Location location location- Questa favolosa casa a schiera recentemente rinnovata è perfetta per la tua vacanza a Rotorua.
A pochi minuti a piedi dall'ingresso per la foresta di sequoie, i caffè a portata di mano e la porta di accesso agli splendidi laghi blu e verdi. Questa moderna e moderna casa in stile appartamento soddisfa tutte le esigenze per una vacanza perfetta.
Una cucina nuova di zecca, mobili e letti nuovi, due TV da 55 pollici, terrazza privata e piscina termale nuovissima. Non ne farai a meno. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto, oltre a una camera a castello e una zona giorno aggiuntiva che la rendono la sistemazione ideale per famiglie e piccoli gruppi.
C'è un parcheggio fuori strada per 3 auto con facile accesso da tastiera.

The apartment suited out needs as an extended family very well in general.
There were some small things that we noted which should be fixed/improved considering the price of hiring, e.g. the water filter next to the sink was not fixed and moved around so that water went onto the bench instead of into the sink if you were not careful, the rubbish bin in the kitchen kept falling out of the holder, the living room floor was quite sticky/dirty, the lounge furniture was stained and has obviously seen better days and there seemed to be a problem with the dishwasher overheating. I just thought that you should know about these things in case no-one else has pointed them out.
Other than that, it was quite ok. The space and location was excellent.

We had a lovely 4 nights here. We came to go mountain biking and the house was set up perfectly to store our bikes safely overnight and the spa was waiting to ease tired bodies when we got back for the night. What prevented me from scoring it 5/5 was the badly needed maintenance, light bulbs either not working or very dull, 1 queen bed that needs to be replaced (very uncomfortable and lumpy) a door handle downstairs that kept falling off and the upstairs shower door badly in need of cleaning, we would definately stay again despite this.

The house is very beautiful, spacious, close to the Redwood tree walk and just couple of minutes driving to the city centre. Clean, modern house and the biggest benefit was the jacuzzi in the patio. Can only recommend!

Very handy location. There were few problems but property manager, fixed it quickly. Very impressive. Good for family stay. Highly recommendable for family.

Close to neighbours so not much parking space (only allowed 2 cars parked outside the unit).
The spa filter needs to be replaced. The spa water was very dirty with black and brown
soot/grime floating around. We cleaned the filter as good as we could but it needs to be changed.
Otherwise, loved our stay, we hope to be back. Thank you for having us!!

The place could do with a deep clean, not that it was dirty but cob webs were all over mostly on the roof and hall way, which meant spiders. The manager was lovely and helpful and even come over within minutes because we had trouble opening the door. Before each person stays over I think checking under the chairs and vacuuming would help as we found rubbish balloons chocolate down and under the chairs from the previous people who stayed. Chocolate smudged on the walls and the aircon up stairs didn't work which was a killer because it was super hot but we didn't open the windows because we were eaten by the mosquitoes the first night we stayed. Over all abit of TLC with the place and it would be the perfect stay.

We raised a couple of problems with the property managers, they were super quick to respond and came the same day to sort them out.
The house is well laid out, with a bonus of what we called the kids lounge downstairs.

Family Road Trip-Ideal base for the lakes
In a perfect location for day trips and evenings out. Also walking distance to local amenities.

Short stay
The property itself was exactly what we wanted, big enough to fit 8 people with ease. It was clean and tidy, well equipped. Close to all that was required. Fantastic. Cannot express how pleased we were with our stay from that point.
Some of the neighbours are a downside, others are very welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful Location
We are two couples who stayed at this location. Townhome is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean, well stocked with everything needed to make our stay perfect. The right place to stay
The property was idea for our needs. With grandchildren we had two areas where the grandkids could do their thing and watch the movies they wanted and my husband and I could do the same. Perfect😊

Great accommodation & location to Redwood Forrest
We took our family from South Africa & Australia to Rotorua and had a fantastic time. Weather was fabulous, had some awesome experiences & adventures loved the Blue Lake & Redwood Forrest - kids thoroughly enjoyed the Luge & Treetop walks. The spa at the house was a real treat. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Was great location with plenty to do close by. I had read the previous reviews just before staying and agree door to spa from bunk room could do with a key for peace of mind. Did have a couple of issues with wifi not connecting. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Best biking accommodation yet
We have visited Rotorua 1-3 times a year for the past decade. This is the best accommodation yet for mountain bikers needs who have more than one family in their group. It is also the most expensive we have paid but we think it’s worth it.

Good location for mountain biking holidays, handy to the park and good facilities for mountain bikes. Great location. Wifi doesn’t really work upstairs. Outdoor clothesline would be good, but drying racks supplied, so you could still hang clothing out. Also a dryer which was a bonus. House is modern and nice indoor/outdoor flow. Downstairs lounge would be great for families.

Overall was great but two things the water did go cold so some of us had cold showers and would also recommended downstairs door where bunk beds are to have a lock just as our small ones were finding there way to the spa

Awesome stay
This property was great for us as a family of six. Space for the kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Plus the added bonus of a big spa to relax and recuperate in!
Really close to Redwoods and Te Ari Ahi trail, so really easy to get on the bike and enjoy Rotorua.
Becs was so easy to deal with for a few things we needed help with and super fast responding.
Thanks again for a lovely stay. Next time we are back in Rotorua we will definitely want to stay here again.

Lovely property that was convenient to everything and beautifully presented. We had issues with wifi which did upstairs and the spa which didn’t heat. But overall enjoyed our stay.

This Trendy Tarawera Townhouse was perfect! Our family of 8 felt pampered in this spotlessly clean and comfortable townhouse, with rooms for all 5 adults and a great bunk / game room for the kids. TV was available both downstairs for the kids and upstairs for the grownups. There were plenty of supplies to start us off and communication with the owner was always pleasant and instantly responsive. We loved the Rotorua area and had food and coffee a few steps around the corner. It was just short drive or walk to a park with bubbling hot springs, or a a redwood forest , or a Maori cultural center. This was a trip we’ll always remember. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Rotorua area!

Very tidy house with awesome facilities and standard. We enjoyed the mountainbiking in the Redwoods and the setup with the racks in the garage was great for us. The Spa pool was very nice after a day on the bikes. Only drawback was that we didn't get the information on how to access the property and we found it hard to find the spot but once we were in it all went smoothly. An information folder with wifi password and general guidelines to operate things like the food waste disposal would've been good.

It was one of the best-appointed homes we have ever stayed in. We really appreciated that linen plus towels were included in the fee. So clean and tidy which was great. Would recommend it 100%.

Great property - very clean and tidy throughout. Modern furnishings. Located next to shopping centre and a short walk to the The Redwoods, a short drive to Rotorua township. The spa was much appreciated after our running event as were the heat pumps with cooler temperatures at night. Easy access and plenty of space. Highly recommend, we’ll be back
