The jacuzzi bath was refreshing, appliances were upgraded

There were no extra floor towels, there were quite a no of cobwebs, the entrance was not clean, there should be a complementary water, tea and coffee. Toilet had some issues, water was almost overflowing.

The whole room was filled with a strong and unpleasant smell. We had to purchase a large bottle of air freshener to spay the whole room. We had to leave all doors and windows open for an extensive time hoping the air would be gone. Unfortunately, the smell is too strong. Secondly, we were woken up 4 times during the night from a LOUD machine sound. (11pm,1am,3am,5am). I am extremely FRUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY with my stay. very spacious, apartment had everything needed to enjoy our travel, it was very close to the village. Enjoyed jacouzzi bath, 2 bathrooms, kitchen was clean and had all appliances needed to cook

TV is outdated, couldn't connect to netflix or youtube

Location, condo was convienient, decks separate was awesome, great size for 4 people, pool nice

Couch too small, mattress upstairs too hard, need indoor dining space, or umbrella outside, fees and extra charges way too much- bathroom and changeroom needed at pool, expecially for little ones

It was in the mountain area, close to family and the water

The unit 904 was very dirty. I reported to Vacasa the night I arrived with photos and did not hear from any local Vacasa rep to fix the problem. The local Cleaning lady Lead Larissa helped me immensely. I was never contacted by Kim at all who is the Vacassa rep? The next day I was moved to Unit 909 and was locked out of my unit and again no local Vacasa rep to help. A Maintenace worker Jessie came to help me with what could have turned to an emergency for my 90 year old mother. Not impressed with Vacasa at all. A Local Rep should be available at all times when problems arise, as well as to do unit inspections. Lost alot of valuable vacation time trying to fix the problem. I felt exhausted when I left.
