The location and the facilities
The food needs a lot of improvement

the mountain view from balcony was breathtaking. It was a nice property situated in peaceful place. Food was good. Room service was good.Staff was humble.
the toiletries in bathroom were not enough for a couple .

Amazing hotel nice and helping staff. Everything is perfect about this hotel . One must visit this hotel if you go chail, highly recommended. The rooms are also designed well with all modern facilities.. Breathtaking view from the balcony and we got glimpses of our first snow here.. The beauty of those snow capped peaks will be etched to my memory for a long time.

Helpful staff, food and the facilities
No provision for driver stay. Though the receptionist inform us that they are building the lodging for drivers as well.

the walls are too thin, could hear every conversation from the other room until 3 am in the morning, Complained to the staff, dint make any difference

The property was a cherry on the top of our vacation. It was clean, the staff was courteous, the view from the room was mesmerising, and the food was simply amazing.
We had booked the property’s family suite, and it was the best decision. Would love to stay at Chail Residency again!!

The view was great. The rooms were clean and good size but did not have air conditioning and it got hot during the day
A little over prized property. Does not justify 4k for a night. Anywhere around 3 would be fine.

Food could be better , Breakfast was fair ...but the dinner preparation ...long way to go
