like the location,clean breakfast was good

originally I got the room bathroom wasn’t great than I got switched to different room .

The location is close to the NH. Added advantage is that a petrol pump is just adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is spacious as are the rooms and built in a British style. It has a nicely laid out lobby and the FO staff was friendly and forth coming. The bell boys were a little lethargic and it took me to remind them to send my luggage up. The rooms are large and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and had all required facilities. The restaurant is comfortable and faces the lobby. The staff was efficient and warm. I had dinner and breakfast both of them were tasty and served well. The spa is under repair which was not put up on the web site.

Awesome stay at best western plus jalandhar. Rooms are excellent. Staff is really nice. Usha at reception helped me in providing early check-in and she carries positive smile. Overall good hotel with nice amenities. Will surely book my stay here again.

Parking but owner's risk. car was punctured night, driver drove back to me in morning and handover the key. now puncture is our responsitiolty. what a service ??/

Overall I found the hotel pleasant, the staff were welcoming and responded to any needs or adjustment requests. Also they kindly upgraded me. I found the room spacious, and clean. The bathroom was clean, and bathtub was a bonus. Food in the evening was good, thai curry was tasty. Restaurant staff were pleasant. I used the gym facilities, it was good overall. The gym attendant was helpful, ensure I felt comfortable with correct level of a/c, towels, and jacuzzi. Protein shake was good, if you stay more than few days the restaurant staff memories your favourite and how you like the coffee. I appreciated the attention to detail. I found this hotel met expectations and I did expected some aspects to be tired so I didn't compare it to any four or five star hotels. Do expect things not to perfect, otherwise good value.

It was unfortunate the restaurant had a small cockroach, it is a sign of hygiene issue. The breakfast could be better in quality, and bakery is not fresh. I had suggested they place more healthier options on the menu. Serving cakes selection is the morning isn't good for health, however I notice it is processed based food on offer. I had ordered chocolate brownie for dessert in the evening but asked for fruits instead of ice-cream and I was refused this request, it seem inflexible on restaurant staff behalf, and I can't believe they 'have no fruit' in a hotel. I found chef spent much time talking to customers, but he needs to focus on executing on the food quality. Not having a master key for my room for few days is a nuisance, and other reviewers on Booking.com say the same. Fridge in the room didn't work, WiFi in the room is weak. Bar is very cold and uninviting. Oriental restaurant only hosts parties not oriental food. Given location of the hotel it is very limited for guests without vehicle, so they could improve on onsite facilities and place to hang out. Gym changing rooms is poor, sauna and steam room didn't work for four days, and looks bad.

The front staff was extremely courteous and the hotel is undoubtedly good value for money.

Room was very spacious.

Honestly there's nothing to complaint.
